【摘要】:本文通過對(duì)"寶萬之爭(zhēng)"案例的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致該事件發(fā)生的根源在于缺乏各生產(chǎn)要素提供者合作共贏的制度。為此,作者針對(duì)人力資本出資環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)要素運(yùn)營環(huán)節(jié)、經(jīng)營成果分享環(huán)節(jié)、生產(chǎn)要素退出環(huán)節(jié),設(shè)計(jì)了基于合作共贏的人力資本承諾出資制度。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the case of "Baowan's contention", it is found that the root cause of this event lies in the lack of a win-win system of cooperation among the producers of various factors of production. Therefore, aiming at the link of human capital contribution, production factor operation, business achievement sharing and production factor withdrawing, the author designs the investment system of human capital commitment based on win-win cooperation.
