【摘要】：正五四青年節(jié)前夕,習(xí)近平總書記到中國政法大學(xué)考察,對法治人才培養(yǎng)作出重要指示。這是我國法治建設(shè)和法學(xué)教育中的一件大事。我應(yīng)邀出席座談會(huì)并匯報(bào)了依法治國的歷史鏡鑒問題。在聽取大家發(fā)言后,總書記發(fā)表重要講話。他指出,建設(shè)法治國家、法治政府、法治社會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)立法、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法、公正司法、全民守法,都離不開一支高素質(zhì)的法治工作隊(duì)伍。他強(qiáng)調(diào),全面推進(jìn)依法治國是一項(xiàng)長期而重大的歷史任務(wù),要堅(jiān)持中國特色社會(huì)主義法治道路,堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義法學(xué)思想和中國特色社會(huì)主義
[Abstract]:On the eve of the May 4th Youth Festival, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the China University of political Science and Law for an inspection. This is a major event in the construction of the rule of law and in law education in China. I was invited to attend the forum and report on the historical mirror of governing the country according to law. After listening to your speeches, The General Secretary delivered an important speech. He pointed out that building a country under the rule of law, a government ruled by law, a society ruled by law, the realization of scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair administration of justice, and law-abiding by the whole people are all inseparable from a high-quality work team on the rule of law. To advance the rule of law in an all-round way is a long-term and important historical task. We should adhere to the road of ruling by law with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the Marxist legal thought and socialism with Chinese characteristics.
