【摘要】：在美國(guó)三項(xiàng)資助無(wú)家可歸學(xué)生的法案中,起到主要作用的是"麥克基尼-文托法案"。它增加了學(xué)校的選擇機(jī)會(huì),促進(jìn)學(xué)生隨時(shí)注冊(cè)入學(xué),構(gòu)建了支持體系。2011-2012年,有1,166,339個(gè)無(wú)家可歸兒童或青少年在公立學(xué)校注冊(cè),享受《麥克基尼-文托法案》撥款相關(guān)服務(wù)并注冊(cè)的學(xué)生數(shù)為790,603人,該法案的出臺(tái)不僅給無(wú)家可歸兒童提供了新的入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì),它有效地廢除了學(xué)校置無(wú)家可歸學(xué)生于不顧的特權(quán)。地方學(xué)區(qū)組建了營(yíng)救無(wú)家可歸兒童的"聯(lián)合體",學(xué)生的出勤率、閱讀和數(shù)學(xué)考試成績(jī)也有所上升,
[Abstract]:Of the three U.S. bills that fund homeless students, the McKeny-Venture Act, which increases the choice of schools, encourages students to register at any time, and builds a support system, 2011-2012. There are 1, 166, 339 homeless children or adolescents enrolled in public schools, and 790,603 students are enrolled in the McKeny-Venture Act, which not only provides homeless children with new access to school. It has effectively abolished the privilege of disregarding homeless students in schools. Local school districts have formed "coalitions" to rescue homeless children, and student attendance, reading and math scores have risen.
