【摘要】："文化景觀"作為日本法的概念,始于2004年《文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)法》的修改,但日本政府對文化景觀保護(hù)的歷史卻可以追溯至江戶與明治時代。在長期的文化景觀行政中,日本形成了完善且獨具特色的文化景觀法律保護(hù)制度,對其加以深入研究將有助于中國文化景觀法律保護(hù)制度的完善。
[Abstract]:The concept of "cultural landscape" as a concept of Japanese law began with the amendment of the Cultural Heritage Protection Act in 2004. However, the Japanese government's history of cultural landscape protection can be traced back to the Edo and Meiji times. Japan has formed a perfect and unique legal protection system of cultural landscape, which will be helpful to the perfection of legal protection system of Chinese cultural landscape.
