【摘要】：國家安全是一個"大安全"的概念,既指國家處于安全狀態(tài),又指國家維持這種安全狀態(tài)的能力。西部民族地區(qū)是我國重要的組成部分,維護國家安全是全面建成小康社會的內(nèi)在要求,也是現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展的迫切需要。在這種現(xiàn)實背景下,需要在西部民族地區(qū)進行維護國家安全的法治格局構建研究,以期實現(xiàn)民族關系和諧穩(wěn)定,促進民族地區(qū)有序發(fā)展,形成民族事業(yè)穩(wěn)步推進。本文主要從西部民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會的主要特點、影響國家安全的主要問題以及維護國家安全的法治格局構建三個方面進行探討,為推進民族地區(qū)的長治久安提供有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:National security is a concept of "great security", which refers to the state of state of security and the ability of the country to maintain such a state of security. Maintaining national security is the inherent requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and is also an urgent need for the development of the present stage. Under this realistic background, it is necessary to carry out a study on the construction of the rule of law pattern of safeguarding national security in the western minority areas. In order to achieve harmonious and stable ethnic relations, promote the orderly development of ethnic areas, and form a steady progress of national undertakings, this paper mainly focuses on the main characteristics of the economy and society in the western ethnic areas. The main problems affecting national security and the construction of the rule of law pattern of maintaining national security are discussed in order to provide an effective way to promote the long-term stability of ethnic areas.
