【摘要】：2016年末,"羅爾事件"引起輿論沸騰,在法律與倫理層面產(chǎn)生諸多亟待澄清的問題。斯人已逝,信息爆炸的今天,被其他信息沖擊后,公眾對于"羅爾事件"的記憶或許并不長久�；蛟S,深入反思現(xiàn)行慈善制度,促進(jìn)全社會范圍內(nèi)達(dá)成公益共識,以避免同類事件再次發(fā)生是將"羅爾事件"銘記在心的最好方式。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2016, the "Rolle incident" caused by boiling public opinion, have a lot of problems to be clarified in the legal and ethical level. The man passed away, the information explosion today, by other information after impact, the public for the "Rolle incident" memory may not last long. Perhaps, deep reflection on the charity system, promote the whole society within reach public consensus, to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents is the "Rolle incident" in the best way to remember the heart.
