【摘要】：法治作為國家治理現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)容之一,直接關(guān)系到國家治理現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。國家治理體系現(xiàn)代化要求立法應(yīng)當(dāng)科學(xué),不應(yīng)只追求多而全;要求政府和民眾在治國理政方面應(yīng)當(dāng)一切以法律為準(zhǔn)繩,知法、守法、用法。當(dāng)前我國法治建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)從科學(xué)立法、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法、公正司法和全民守法四個方面實(shí)現(xiàn)國家治理體系和治理能力的現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:As one of the contents of the modernization of national governance, the rule of law is directly related to the process of the modernization of national governance. The government and the public are required to take the law as the yardstick, to know the law, to abide by the law, and to use it. At present, the construction of the rule of law in our country should be based on scientific legislation and strict enforcement of the law. Just administration of justice and the law-abiding by the people realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
