【摘要】：法科學(xué)生的實(shí)務(wù)能力一直是社會(huì)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。行業(yè)特色高校法學(xué)專業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)研究薄弱,但協(xié)調(diào)各方面的專業(yè)教育資源,尤其是優(yōu)勢(shì)專業(yè)的教育資源,使之與法學(xué)專業(yè)教育相結(jié)合,綜合提升學(xué)生的實(shí)務(wù)能力卻是行業(yè)特色型大學(xué)的教育優(yōu)勢(shì)。集中優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,在奠定扎實(shí)的法學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí),教授和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生另一專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí),提高學(xué)生處理某一專業(yè)領(lǐng)域法務(wù)的能力,對(duì)于提升行業(yè)特色高校的法學(xué)專業(yè)教育具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The practical ability of law students has always been a social concern. The academic research of law major in colleges and universities with industry characteristics is weak, but it coordinates all aspects of professional education resources, especially the educational resources of advantage majors. To combine it with law education and to comprehensively improve the students' practical ability is the educational advantage of the universities with industry characteristics. At the same time, it lays a solid foundation of the theory of law. It is of positive practical significance to teach and train students' knowledge in another professional field and to improve the students' ability to deal with legal affairs in a certain professional field for the promotion of law education in colleges and universities with professional characteristics.
