【摘要】：正怎么將全面推進依法治國踐行得更好、更到位?首先必須深刻把握法治思維的內(nèi)在特征。所謂法治,就是管理國家、治理社會主要依靠法律這種普遍、穩(wěn)定、明確的規(guī)范和規(guī)則,而不是某些習(xí)慣和辦法,更不是個人意志和看法。法治思維,則是按照法治理念、原則、精神和邏輯進行分析、認(rèn)識和思考的方式。從根本上說,這種思維是推進公平與正義的思維,有利于協(xié)調(diào)社會各個階層、各個群體的利益,形成最大公約數(shù)。培養(yǎng)法治思維,就是要在全黨
[Abstract]:How is it going to advance the practice of governing the country according to law better and better? First of all, we must deeply grasp the inherent characteristics of the thinking of the rule of law. The so-called rule of law is to manage the country, and the governance of society mainly depends on the universal, stable, clear norms and rules of the law, rather than some habits and methods. The thinking of rule of law is a way of analyzing, recognizing and thinking according to the concept, principle, spirit and logic of the rule of law. Fundamentally speaking, this kind of thinking is the thinking of promoting fairness and justice.
