[Abstract]:First, "Rule of Law": the light of the ideal of "the rule of law" is an ideal light, especially since the modern bourgeois revolution in the West, in order to oppose the autocratic Wang Quan imposed on the life of the people, freedom. With the tyranny of property, numerous jurists, politicians and judges in western society innovated the idea of rule of law, advocated the value of rule of law, cast the weapon of rule of law, and illuminated the darkness of autocracy with the light of ideal of rule of law.
