[Abstract]:The definition of a "passion killer" event is a specific term used to describe an ongoing shooting and the characteristics of such a crime. These characteristics concern the formulation of programmes for dealing with and counteracting such incidents. They are not the same as well-defined crimes such as murder or massacres. "passion" means that both law enforcement officials and citizens can influence the end result of events by their own responses. In Australia and the United States, there is a clearer definition of "passion killer" in the judicial system. The "handheld force that is keen to kill and always tries to inflict serious damage on the public population."
