文化課程改革背景下中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

[Abstract]:With the development of society and the adjustment of industrial structure, as well as the advent of globalization and information age, industries and enterprises need more and more talents with broad and solid basic knowledge. Secondary vocational school students only have a skill and are no longer used for life. In the past, the phenomenon of "emphasizing major and neglecting culture" in secondary vocational school must be changed. In this case, Shanghai began to carry out the cultural curriculum reform of secondary vocational schools in September 2015, hoping to improve the attention of schools, teachers and students to cultural courses, as well as the overall cultural basic level of students, which will not only lay a foundation for the future society to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents, but also for the lifelong development of students. The implementation of cultural curriculum reform is not only a reform of secondary vocational education in Shanghai, but also an important opportunity to further promote the development of cultural teacher education in secondary vocational schools and to promote the professional development of secondary vocational cultural teachers. How to make use of this opportunity for secondary vocational culture teachers to do a good job of professional development planning suitable for curriculum reform is a problem that needs to be considered and explored. Taking a secondary vocational school in Shanghai as an example, this paper selects mathematics teachers among cultural teachers as the object of analysis, through interviews and questionnaires, studies the views of different stakeholders, such as subject experts, school supervisors, mathematics teachers, professional teachers, students, and so on, on mathematics teaching and the professional development of mathematics teachers, and finds and analyzes the relevant influencing factors. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward to promote the professional development of mathematics teachers in secondary vocational schools.
