【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育作為媒介素養(yǎng)教育的重要內(nèi)容也越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。在2016年1月份,根據(jù)中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中心(CNNIC)第37次《中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》表明,我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶規(guī)模截止到2015年12月底達(dá)到6.88億,與2014年相比增加了3951萬(wàn)人。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率為50.3%,數(shù)據(jù)顯示2015年青少年網(wǎng)民的數(shù)量比2014年增長(zhǎng)了60%,呈現(xiàn)快速上漲態(tài)勢(shì),其中學(xué)生依然是中國(guó)網(wǎng)民中第一大群體。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介已然成為學(xué)生生活中必不可少的一部分,作為媒介素養(yǎng)教育重要組成內(nèi)容的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展也越來(lái)越受到重視,而學(xué)校應(yīng)作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)教育的主力。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代中小學(xué)生必備的基本素質(zhì)之一,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)的高低決定著中小學(xué)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中的生存能力。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育是目前中國(guó)教育急需重視的問(wèn)題,學(xué)校教育與學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)教育相結(jié)合的研究和實(shí)踐與我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展速度相比還有很大的距離。本研究梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育目前的研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)的概念,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法等研究方法對(duì)初中網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,提出了在初中信息技術(shù)教學(xué)中融入網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育的意義。對(duì)《中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行分析解讀,參考《中學(xué)信息技術(shù)課程指導(dǎo)綱要》的有關(guān)規(guī)定對(duì)泰山版教材初中信息技術(shù)七年級(jí)上冊(cè)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行整理,提出了將網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育融入到信息技術(shù)課程中的可行性。對(duì)初中的教師進(jìn)行訪談,了解當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)在教學(xué)中實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題。對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育的教育內(nèi)容與性質(zhì)、教學(xué)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,然后與初中信息技術(shù)課程中網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)相關(guān)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行比較,找到兩者在內(nèi)容和實(shí)施方法上的相似性,綜合調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出加強(qiáng)初中生網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)教育的策略與建議,最后基于教材內(nèi)容進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介素養(yǎng)的教學(xué)實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, network media literacy education, as an important part of media literacy education, has been paid more and more attention. In January 2016, according to the 37th Statistical report on the Development of China's Internet, issued by the China Internet Information Center (CNNIC), the number of network users in China reached 688 million by the end of December 2015, an increase of 39.51 million compared with 2014. The Internet penetration rate is 50.3 percent. Data show that the number of young Internet users increased by 60 percent in 2015 compared with 2014, showing a rapid upward trend, in which students are still the largest group of Chinese netizens. Network media has become an indispensable part of students' life. As an important part of media literacy education, network media literacy education has been paid more and more attention with the development of the Internet, and schools should be the main force of network literacy education. Network media literacy is one of the necessary basic qualities of primary and middle school students in the Internet age. The level of network media literacy determines the survival ability of primary and middle school students in the network environment. Network media literacy education is an urgent problem in Chinese education at present. The research and practice of the combination of school education and students' network literacy education is still far from the speed of Internet development in China. This study combs the current research status and related concepts of network media literacy education at home and abroad, adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and study the present situation and needs of network media literacy in junior middle school, and puts forward the significance of integrating network media literacy education into junior middle school information technology teaching. This paper analyzes and interprets the Curriculum Standard of Information Technology in Primary and Middle Schools, arranges the contents of the seventh grade of information technology in junior middle school with reference to the relevant provisions of the guiding outline of Information Technology Curriculum in Middle School, and puts forward the feasibility of integrating network media literacy education into the course of information technology. Interview junior middle school teachers to understand the current situation and problems of network media literacy in teaching. This paper analyzes the educational content and nature and teaching objectives of the network media literacy education, and then compares it with the content related to the network knowledge in the information technology curriculum of junior middle school, finds out the similarity between the two in the content and the implementation method, synthesizes the investigation results, puts forward the strategies and suggestions to strengthen the network media literacy education of the junior high school students, and finally carries on the teaching implementation of the network media literacy based on the teaching material content.
