延安地區(qū)高中生化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、影響因素及策略的分析

【摘要】:在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,世界各國為適應(yīng)新時(shí)代對(duì)人才的新要求,相繼開展教育文化改革。我們國家也不例外,為了在全世界不再落后,也為了提高全民素質(zhì),適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,在2001年提出對(duì)基礎(chǔ)教育進(jìn)行新一輪的改革,在學(xué)習(xí)方式改革方面,提出改變一味注重與教材結(jié)論一致的知識(shí)的獲取而忽略主動(dòng)獲取知識(shí)的過程,提倡主動(dòng)探索知識(shí)的過程。而學(xué)生是否能夠主動(dòng)去學(xué)習(xí)與該同學(xué)的動(dòng)機(jī)息息相關(guān),所以研究如何提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)于當(dāng)今的教育是非常重要的;瘜W(xué)發(fā)展史中出現(xiàn)了許多令人欣喜的發(fā)現(xiàn)與創(chuàng)造,還有很多有關(guān)物質(zhì)的變化吸引著人們的目光,這無疑會(huì)激勵(lì)著人們?nèi)ハ矚g化學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)化學(xué)、探索化學(xué)。為了使高中學(xué)生自發(fā)的去學(xué)習(xí)化學(xué),研究高中生學(xué)習(xí)化學(xué)的動(dòng)機(jī)變得越來越重要;瘜W(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)能夠直接作用于中學(xué)生,對(duì)他們的學(xué)習(xí)有著激活、指向以及強(qiáng)化的重要作用。作者從化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)出發(fā),結(jié)合中學(xué)生的生理和心理發(fā)展的特殊性以及化學(xué)學(xué)科特點(diǎn),我們提出以下幾種策略,來更加有效的提高中學(xué)生的化學(xué)成績:(1)保持高一新生的化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)度;(2)加強(qiáng)對(duì)女生對(duì)化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的培養(yǎng);(3)提高化學(xué)學(xué)困生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī);(4)使學(xué)生樹立正確的化學(xué)價(jià)值觀;(5)構(gòu)建良好的師生關(guān)系。本論文由五個(gè)部分組成:第一章:引言部分主要闡述了該課題提出的背景、研究的意義以及對(duì)國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的分析。第二章:研究理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)課題中的關(guān)鍵概念的解釋,從“動(dòng)機(jī)”“學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)”的角度進(jìn)行概念界定,闡述學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的分類,課題研究的理論基礎(chǔ)以及研究的主要內(nèi)容和涉及到的方法。第三章:實(shí)踐調(diào)查研究,本文按照延安地區(qū)的具體情況,編制了有關(guān)的調(diào)查問卷,分析得出相應(yīng)的調(diào)查結(jié)果。第四章:根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,提出客觀可行的的教學(xué)策略。第五章:研究結(jié)論及反思部分?偨Y(jié)本研究的最終成果,通過本研究希望能給予老師和同學(xué)有價(jià)值的參考。進(jìn)行自我反思,找出在本研究過程中客觀存在的一些問題以及后續(xù)仍需做出的努力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the current economic globalization, countries all over the world have carried out educational and cultural reforms in order to meet the new demands of talents in the new era. Our country is no exception. In order not to lag behind in the world, but also to improve the quality of the whole people and adapt to the development of the times, in 2001, we proposed a new round of reform of basic education and the reform of the way of learning. This paper proposes to change the process of paying attention to the acquisition of knowledge consistent with the conclusion of textbooks and neglecting the process of active acquisition of knowledge and advocating the process of active exploration of knowledge. Therefore, it is very important to study how to improve students' motivation for today's education. There are many delightful discoveries and creations in the history of chemical development, and many changes in related substances are attracting people's attention, which will undoubtedly inspire people to like chemistry, learn chemistry, and explore chemistry. In order to make high school students study chemistry spontaneously, it is more and more important to study the motivation of high school students to study chemistry. Chemistry learning motivation can play a direct role in middle school students, and plays an important role in activating, pointing and strengthening their learning. Starting from the motivation of chemistry learning, combining the particularity of the physiological and psychological development of middle school students and the characteristics of chemistry, the author puts forward the following strategies. In order to improve the chemistry achievement of middle school students more effectively: (1) keep the chemistry learning motivation intensity of freshmen in high school; (2) to strengthen the cultivation of girls' motivation for chemistry learning; (3) to improve the motivation of students with chemistry difficulties; (4) to make students establish correct chemical values; (5) to construct a good relationship between teachers and students. This paper consists of five parts: chapter one: the introduction mainly describes the background of the subject, the significance of the research and the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad. Chapter two: study the theoretical basis, explain the key concepts in the subject, define the concept from the point of view of "motivation" and "learning motivation", and expound the classification of learning motivation. The theoretical basis, the main contents and the methods involved in the research. The third chapter: practical investigation and research, according to the specific situation of Yan'an area, compiled the relevant questionnaire, analyzed and obtained the corresponding survey results. Chapter IV: according to the analysis of the survey results, put forward objective and feasible teaching strategies. Chapter five: research conclusion and reflection part. Summarizing the final results of this study, we hope to give valuable reference to teachers and classmates. Self-reflection to identify some of the objective problems in the process of this study and follow-up efforts still need to be made.
