10周武術(shù)教學(xué)對(duì)初一學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Aim in order to explore the influence of Wushu teaching on the physical health of junior high school students compared with the traditional physical education teaching, to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the smooth development of Wushu sport in middle school. Methods in this paper, 20 students (10 boys and 10 girls) in the first class and 20 students in the control group (10 boys and 10 girls) in the experimental middle school of Yangzhou Economic and technological Development Zone were selected as the subjects. The experimental group took all martial arts classes in three PE classes per week, and the contents of Wushu classes were required for martial arts, while those of the control group were taught in accordance with the normal syllabus for a total of 10 weeks. Height, weight, body mass index (BMI),) body fat rate, upper arm circumference, thigh circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, vital capacity, heart rate, blood pressure, step test, reaction time, 50m, grip strength and back strength were measured before and after intervention. Standing long jump, 1000m (male), 800m (female), lead up (male), sit-up (female), sitting position forward flexion, 10 脳 4 return running and so on. All the data tested before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results (1) after 10 weeks, the height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, upper arm circumference and thigh circumference of the two groups increased significantly compared with those before the experiment (P0.01). There were significant differences in upper arm circumference and thigh circumference between control group and control group (P0.01). There was no significant change in BMI and body fat rate between the two groups (P0.05). (2) 10 weeks later, compared with the pre-experiment, the vital capacity of the experimental group students increased significantly (P0.01). At rest, the pulse and reaction time were significantly lower than those before the experiment (P 0.05, P0.01). There was no significant change in vital capacity, pulse and reaction time in the control group (P0.05). (3) 10 weeks after the experiment, compared with the pre-experiment, there were no significant changes in the vital capacity, pulse and response time in the control group. There was no significant change in 50-meter scores between the two groups (P0.05). In the experimental group, the scores of 1000 meters running for boys, 800m running for girls and 10 脳 4 round-trip race were significantly improved (P0.01), and the scores of grip strength, standing long jump and forward flexion in sitting position were also significantly improved (P0.01). There were no significant changes in these indexes among the students in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion (1) 10-week martial arts teaching can promote the growth of height and girth index of junior high school students, but has no significant effect on BMI and body fat rate. (2) although 10-week martial arts teaching has no significant effect on cardiovascular function, it has no significant effect on cardiovascular function of junior high school students. However, it can significantly improve the lung function and endurance quality of the students in the first year of junior high school. (3) the 10-week martial arts teaching can significantly improve the strength, flexibility and sensitivity of the students in the first year of junior high school.
