吉林省城區(qū)中學(xué)體育師資隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀及建設(shè)對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of physical education teaching and the continuous maturity of the system of physical examination, intelligence is no longer the only criterion for the selection of talents, but the evaluation system of comprehensive quality of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic. The article uses the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, from the academic background, professional title, age, gender, teaching and research, income, This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of physical education teachers in middle schools in Jilin Province from the aspects of training and other aspects, and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the construction of physical education teachers to improve the overall level of physical education teachers. In order to promote the development of middle school physical education in Jilin Province. Studies have shown that: 1. Jilin Province city for physical education teachers in all aspects of the quality requirements to improve, physical education teachers age, education, professional title, gender ratio is unreasonable. 2. The dedication spirit of physical education teachers is better, but a small number of physical education teachers do not concentrate their energy, which affects the development of physical education teachers. Physical education teachers in middle schools of Jilin Province begin to attach importance to teaching, professional technology and scientific research. The research results are improved year by year, but there is some room for improvement in the grade of scientific research achievements. 4. The heavy workload of physical education teachers leads to loss of passion for teaching, fatigue mood, even thought instability, coping teaching phenomenon, which reduces the teaching quality. 5. Physical education teachers are not highly motivated to receive training, which hinders the improvement of teachers' teaching and professional ability, and affects the construction of physical education teachers. 6. The workload of PE teachers is not proportional to the income, which reduces the professional satisfaction and marginalizes the PE teachers.
