新媒體時(shí)代中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:于中學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),他們即將迎來(lái)人生中最重要的階段,身體身心的正確引導(dǎo)對(duì)于中學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)至關(guān)重要,老師作為家庭教育之外最重要的引導(dǎo)者,對(duì)中學(xué)生的影響是非常巨大的。如今的社會(huì)是不斷發(fā)展的,對(duì)老師的要求也發(fā)生了變化,從死板的教書(shū)匠變成的教育工作者,不只是師傅帶入門(mén),修行靠個(gè)人,更應(yīng)該是課堂教學(xué)中的引領(lǐng)者、執(zhí)行者,教師更是為學(xué)生全面發(fā)展而存在的。因此,教師的素養(yǎng)不僅對(duì)于自身很重要,對(duì)于承載著祖國(guó)未來(lái)的中學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展也有著極其重要的意義。當(dāng)然各學(xué)科的老師,他們所學(xué)的知識(shí)的差異,以及教學(xué)方式的差異,他們的素養(yǎng)也存在著差異。但當(dāng)前語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展更多的是不清晰、無(wú)條理、更沒(méi)有分類(lèi)可言。更別說(shuō)是針對(duì)語(yǔ)文學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)為教師制定清晰明了,有條理,有分類(lèi)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃了。因此也不能正確高效的引導(dǎo)老師進(jìn)行比較細(xì)致的研究,也就不能形成正確的發(fā)展觀念,中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師對(duì)自身的發(fā)展也存在著盲目性,導(dǎo)致語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展不盡如人意。本研究希望通過(guò)對(duì)中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的調(diào)查分析,結(jié)合新媒體時(shí)代下對(duì)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)的新要求,探究初中語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)理念、專(zhuān)業(yè)技能中存在的問(wèn)題,并且分析這些問(wèn)題存在的原因,為促進(jìn)新媒體時(shí)代中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展與提高,提供一些實(shí)際的、可行性高的、有意義的建議和對(duì)策。此論文為五個(gè)重要部分。第一部分是緒論:闡述相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以及研究問(wèn)題所提出的背景和研究此問(wèn)題的研究意義;第二部分對(duì)新媒體時(shí)代、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了闡述,并探討教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的理論依據(jù);第三部分通過(guò)對(duì)團(tuán)風(fēng)中學(xué)、襄陽(yáng)八中、麻城一中、黃岡中學(xué)四所中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展情況的調(diào)查,了解這四所中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師語(yǔ)文專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的情況,并分析調(diào)查中所存在的問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生的原因;第四部分是就該調(diào)查中,這四所中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r中存在的缺陷,結(jié)合新媒體時(shí)代背景下中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),試圖提出合理的解決策略;第五部分為結(jié)語(yǔ),對(duì)本論文進(jìn)行了總體闡述。
[Abstract]:For the middle school students, they are about to ushered in the most important stage in their life. The correct guidance of body and mind is very important to the middle school students. The teacher, as the most important guide outside the family education, has great influence on the middle school students. Today's society is constantly developing, and the requirements for teachers have also changed. From rigid teachers to educators, it is not only teachers who lead the way and practice by individuals, but also leaders and executors in classroom teaching. Teachers exist for the all-round development of students. Therefore, teachers' accomplishment is not only very important for themselves, but also very important for the physical and mental development of middle school students carrying the future of the motherland. Of course, the teachers of various subjects, the differences in the knowledge they have learned, as well as the differences in teaching methods, there are also differences in their literacy. But at present, the development of Chinese teachers' professional quality is more unclear, disorganized, not to speak of classification. Not to mention a clear, organized and classified development plan for teachers in accordance with the characteristics of Chinese subjects. Therefore, it is impossible to guide teachers to do more detailed research, and to form a correct concept of development. Chinese teachers in middle schools also have blindness to their own development, which leads to the development of Chinese teachers' professional literacy is not satisfactory. This study hopes that through the investigation and analysis of the development of Chinese teachers' professional literacy in middle school, and combined with the new requirements of teachers' professional accomplishment in the new media era, this paper will explore the professional knowledge and professional concept of junior high school Chinese teachers. In order to promote the development and improvement of middle school Chinese teachers' professional quality in the new media era, some practical, feasible and meaningful suggestions and countermeasures are provided. This paper is composed of five important parts. The first part is the introduction: expounding the relevant literature, the background of the research and the significance of the research. The second part expounds the connotation and structure of teachers' professional quality in the new media era, and probes into the theoretical basis for the development of teachers' professional literacy. The third part investigates the development of Chinese teachers' professional literacy in four middle schools, namely Tuanfeng Middle School, Xiangyang Middle School, Macheng No. 1 Middle School, Huanggang Middle School, to understand the development of Chinese language teachers' professional literacy in these four middle schools. And analyzes the existing problems and causes in the investigation; The fourth part is in this investigation, the four middle school Chinese teachers' professional development status of the defects, combined with the new media era Chinese teachers' professional development standards, trying to put forward a reasonable solution strategy; The fifth part is the conclusion, this paper carries on the overall elaboration.
