新課程改革下思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:在新課程改革背景下,思想品德課教學(xué)快速發(fā)展,面臨許多嚴(yán)峻問題及挑戰(zhàn),和諧教育理念的提出正符合思想品德課教學(xué)改革發(fā)展需要。在思想品德課新課程改革中,如何通過對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析及提出解決策略,以營造的和諧師生關(guān)系,這既是現(xiàn)實(shí)中需要著重研究的問題,也將具有重要的參考意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,師生關(guān)系是最基本的一種人際關(guān)系,也是最具有核心價(jià)值的人際關(guān)系。文章通過介紹新課程改革背景下的新課程觀、新學(xué)生觀、新目標(biāo)觀和新方法觀,闡述新課程改革背景下的思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系的具體內(nèi)涵以及具體意義;分析新課程改革背景下的思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系具有開放性、時(shí)代性、思想性、參與性和價(jià)值觀引領(lǐng)性等顯著特征。其中選取中山具有代表性的五所中學(xué)作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,調(diào)查分析目前思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在師生缺乏思想溝通與信任、課堂教學(xué)缺乏時(shí)代性吸引力、課堂氣氛沉悶不夠活躍、課外缺乏實(shí)踐影響成效、課外忽視與學(xué)生有效溝通等問題。經(jīng)過分析得出產(chǎn)生上述問題的主要原因是:學(xué)生原因、教師原因、學(xué)校原因、家庭原因以及社會(huì)原因。結(jié)合思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系的歷史情況,針對(duì)以上五個(gè)方面的原因,文章提出以下“五個(gè)策略”:一是促使學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變自身態(tài)度以尊師重教,二是促使教師更新教學(xué)理念提高自身素質(zhì),三是學(xué)校注重德育創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧校園氣氛,四是家庭轉(zhuǎn)變理念促進(jìn)師生關(guān)系,五是社會(huì)改善風(fēng)氣營造良好的社會(huì)氛圍。相關(guān)對(duì)策將為提高思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)新課程改革戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)提供參考,同時(shí)也期望能為同類科目教學(xué)提供借鑒。通過以上論證,新課程改革下思想品德課和諧師生關(guān)系研究可以有效提升思想品德課的教學(xué)效果,不斷培養(yǎng)學(xué)生情感,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立良好的信念和價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the teaching of ideological and moral education develops rapidly and faces many severe problems and challenges. The idea of harmonious education is in line with the need of the reform and development of ideological and moral education. In the course of the new curriculum reform of ideological and moral course, how to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship through analyzing the existing problems and putting forward some strategies to solve them is a problem that needs to be studied in reality. Also will have the important reference significance and the practice value. In teaching activities, teacher-student relationship is the most basic interpersonal relationship, and also the most valuable interpersonal relationship. Through introducing the new curriculum view, new student view, new goal view and new method view under the background of the new curriculum reform, this paper expounds the concrete connotation and the concrete significance of the harmonious teacher-student relationship in the ideological and moral course under the background of the new curriculum reform. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the harmonious teacher-student relationship under the background of the new curriculum reform, such as openness, epochal, ideological, participatory and value leading. Among them, five representative middle schools in Zhongshan are selected as the objects of investigation, and the present situation of harmonious teacher-student relationship in ideological and moral classes is investigated and analyzed. It is found that the teachers and students lack of ideological communication and trust, and classroom teaching lacks the appeal of the times. Classroom atmosphere is dull and not active, extracurricular lack of practice affects the effect, extracurricular neglect to communicate effectively with students, and so on. The main reasons for the above problems are: students, teachers, school, family and society. According to the historical situation of harmonious teacher-student relationship in ideological and moral education, the paper puts forward the following five strategies: first, to urge students to change their attitude to respect teachers and teachers, The second is to urge teachers to renew their teaching ideas to improve their own quality, the third is to pay attention to moral education to create a harmonious campus atmosphere, the fourth is to change the concept of family to promote teacher-student relations, and the fifth is to improve the social atmosphere to create a good social atmosphere. The relevant countermeasures will provide a reference for improving the harmonious teacher-student relationship of the ideological and moral course and realizing the strategic development goal of the new curriculum reform. At the same time, it is also expected to provide reference for the teaching of similar subjects. Through the above argumentation, the research on harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and moral course under the new curriculum reform can effectively promote the teaching effect of ideological and moral course, constantly cultivate students' emotion, and guide students to establish good faith and value.
