【摘要】：對于初中班主任而言,日常管理生活是班主任每天都要經(jīng)歷的,而多數(shù)班主任都沉浸在學(xué)生和日常管理生活中,無暇細(xì)細(xì)打量生活中的問題,正確認(rèn)識日常管理生活。我們對日常管理生活進(jìn)行深入的剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時解決,不僅可以提升我們的理論素養(yǎng),更有助于教育教學(xué)實踐中對學(xué)生心靈的滲透和影響,還有助于提升班主任的職業(yè)幸福感。本文在解讀班主任日常管理生活的意蘊、價值和特征的基礎(chǔ)上,通過訪談法、調(diào)查法及敘事研究等方法,以自身的班主任經(jīng)歷和周圍的班主任群體為例,對初中班主任日常管理生活的困境進(jìn)行詳實分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,諸如守成與創(chuàng)新之間的糾結(jié)、情感與制度之間的徘徊、奉獻(xiàn)與回報之間的矛盾、連續(xù)與斷裂之間的沖突、自我成長與學(xué)生發(fā)展之間的取舍等。結(jié)合自身的班主任經(jīng)歷及前人的研究,對這些問題進(jìn)行深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些管理層面的要求和制約、班主任自身專業(yè)成長的困惑以及外部環(huán)境下班主任收到的無形的壓力是受傳統(tǒng)管理文化、已有管理制度、管理職責(zé)邊界、管理角色定位、專業(yè)訴求發(fā)展等因素的制約。針對影響班主任日常管理生活困境的主要原因,本文試圖通過分析提出讓班主任過一種有邊界、有反思、有研究、有智慧、有個性的生活來提升班主任日常管理生活的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:For the head teacher in junior middle school, the daily management life is experienced by the class teacher every day, and most of the class teachers are immersed in the students and daily management life, have no time to look at the problems in life, and correctly understand the daily management life. By deeply analyzing our daily management life and finding that the problems can be solved in a timely manner, we can not only enhance our theoretical literacy, but also contribute to the infiltration and influence of the students' hearts and minds in the practice of education and teaching. It also helps to improve the professional well-being of class teachers. Based on the interpretation of the implication, value and characteristics of the daily management life of the head teacher, this paper takes his own experience of the class teacher and the group of the class teacher around as an example through the methods of interview, investigation and narrative study. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the plight of the daily management life of the head teacher in junior high school, and finds out the existing problems, such as the entanglement between conservation and innovation, the wandering between emotion and system, the contradiction between dedication and reward. The conflict between continuity and fracture, the trade-off between self-growth and student development. Combined with their own experience of the head teacher and previous studies, in-depth analysis of these problems, found that the management level of the requirements and constraints, The bewilderment of the professional growth of the head teacher and the invisible pressure received by the class teacher under the external environment are restricted by the traditional management culture, the existing management system, the boundary of the management responsibility, the positioning of the management role, the development of professional demands, and so on. In view of the main reasons that affect the plight of the daily management life of the head teacher, this paper attempts to propose that the head teacher should lead a life with boundary, reflection, research, wisdom and personality to improve the quality of the daily management life of the class teacher.
