初中班主任日常管理生活研究
[Abstract]:For the head teacher in junior middle school, the daily management life is experienced by the class teacher every day, and most of the class teachers are immersed in the students and daily management life, have no time to look at the problems in life, and correctly understand the daily management life. By deeply analyzing our daily management life and finding that the problems can be solved in a timely manner, we can not only enhance our theoretical literacy, but also contribute to the infiltration and influence of the students' hearts and minds in the practice of education and teaching. It also helps to improve the professional well-being of class teachers. Based on the interpretation of the implication, value and characteristics of the daily management life of the head teacher, this paper takes his own experience of the class teacher and the group of the class teacher around as an example through the methods of interview, investigation and narrative study. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the plight of the daily management life of the head teacher in junior high school, and finds out the existing problems, such as the entanglement between conservation and innovation, the wandering between emotion and system, the contradiction between dedication and reward. The conflict between continuity and fracture, the trade-off between self-growth and student development. Combined with their own experience of the head teacher and previous studies, in-depth analysis of these problems, found that the management level of the requirements and constraints, The bewilderment of the professional growth of the head teacher and the invisible pressure received by the class teacher under the external environment are restricted by the traditional management culture, the existing management system, the boundary of the management responsibility, the positioning of the management role, the development of professional demands, and so on. In view of the main reasons that affect the plight of the daily management life of the head teacher, this paper attempts to propose that the head teacher should lead a life with boundary, reflection, research, wisdom and personality to improve the quality of the daily management life of the class teacher.
