【摘要】:本研究以參加河南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院承擔(dān)的農(nóng)村中小學(xué)置換脫產(chǎn)研修項(xiàng)目(2013年—2016年)的229名生物教師為研究對(duì)象,采用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和觀察法等研究方法,對(duì)河南省“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”參培生物教師的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和培訓(xùn)需求進(jìn)行了研究。參培生物教師的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀包括基本情況、培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷和培訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)三方面。參培生物教師的培訓(xùn)需求包括對(duì)總體培訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)的需求和對(duì)自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)發(fā)展的需求。結(jié)果表明:1參培生物教師對(duì)總體培訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)的需求:(1)在培訓(xùn)師資方面,大多都喜歡一線名師和高校專家來(lái)?yè)?dān)任研修教師。(2)在培訓(xùn)方式方面,最喜歡的培訓(xùn)方式是案例分析和課堂觀摩。(3)在培訓(xùn)管理方面,大多數(shù)認(rèn)為應(yīng)該以“自我約束、自我管理”為主。(4)在考核方式方面,多數(shù)偏愛“自評(píng)與互評(píng)結(jié)合”。(5)在培訓(xùn)課程資源方面,認(rèn)為應(yīng)該優(yōu)先使用“國(guó)家級(jí)‘國(guó)培計(jì)劃’培訓(xùn)資源庫(kù)資源”。(6)在培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容方面,更歡迎“能理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,解決初中生物教學(xué)的問題”的內(nèi)容。2參培生物教師對(duì)自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)的發(fā)展需求:(1)在教育教學(xué)方面,參培生物教師對(duì)“專業(yè)理念”和“學(xué)科教學(xué)知識(shí)”比較感興趣。(2)在教育教學(xué)能力方面,認(rèn)為需要進(jìn)一步提高的是“高效課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)的創(chuàng)設(shè)能力”和“實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新能力”。(3)在教育研究方面,對(duì)“高效課堂創(chuàng)設(shè)研究”內(nèi)容最感興趣。(4)在班務(wù)管理方面,認(rèn)為需要增加“學(xué)生良好行為習(xí)慣、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)”和“如何利用各種活動(dòng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的集體榮譽(yù)感、凝聚力,遵守紀(jì)律的意識(shí)”方面的內(nèi)容。(5)在提高教師教育科研能力培訓(xùn)中,對(duì)“如何將研究成果用于教學(xué)實(shí)踐”最感興趣。在對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、總結(jié)與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出了以下幾點(diǎn)初步建議:(1)參培教師應(yīng)該明確培訓(xùn)需求,定好培訓(xùn)目標(biāo);端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,提高培訓(xùn)積極性;學(xué)以致用,靈活運(yùn)用。(2)承辦單位應(yīng)該按需培訓(xùn),制定合理培訓(xùn)方案;分層培訓(xùn),制定多元培訓(xùn)模式;跟蹤培訓(xùn),做好監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)工作。(3)政府部門和農(nóng)村初中學(xué)校應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)宣傳工作,進(jìn)行思想教育;規(guī)范遴選制度,做好選拔工作;完善管理制度,做好保障工作。
[Abstract]:In this study, 229 biology teachers who participated in the rural primary and secondary school replacement study project (2013-2016), which were undertaken by the College of Life Sciences of Henan normal University, were investigated by questionnaire, interview and observation methods. In this paper, the present training situation and training demand of biology teachers in Henan Province are studied. The present situation of training biology teachers includes three aspects: basic situation, training experience and training motivation. The training needs of biology teachers include the needs of the overall training and the development of their own professional qualities. The results show that: (1) in terms of training teachers, most of them prefer to serve as research teachers by leading teachers and university experts. (2) in terms of training methods, The preferred training methods are case analysis and classroom observation. (3) in training management, most people think that "self-restraint, self-management" should be the main method. (4) in the aspect of assessment, Most prefer "combination of self-assessment and mutual assessment". (5) in terms of training curriculum resources, priority should be given to the use of "national training resources". (6) in terms of training content, it is more welcome that "theory should be linked to practice". The content of solving the problem of biology teaching in junior middle school. 2 the development needs of biology teachers to their own professional quality: (1) in the aspect of education and teaching, The teachers are interested in "professional idea" and "subject teaching knowledge". (2) in terms of teaching ability, It is considered that "the ability of creating effective classroom teaching activities" and "the ability of designing and innovating experimental teaching activities" need to be further improved. (3) in terms of educational research, The content of "efficient classroom creation research" is most interested. (4) in the field of class management, it is necessary to increase "students' good behavior habits and study habits" and "how to make use of various activities to cultivate students' sense of collective honor." (5) in the training of teachers' educational and scientific research ability, they are most interested in "how to apply the research results to teaching practice". On the basis of statistics, summary and analysis of the survey results, the author puts forward the following preliminary suggestions: (1) the teachers should make clear the training needs, set the training goals, correct their learning attitude and improve their enthusiasm for training. (2) the undertaking unit should train according to the need, formulate the reasonable training plan, the stratified training, formulate the multivariate training model; (3) the government departments and rural junior high schools should strengthen propaganda work, carry out ideological education, standardize the selection system, do the selection work well, perfect the management system and do the job of guarantee.
