生物教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題解決的微視頻制作研究

【摘要】:目前教育界研究的熱點是微視頻和教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題,解決教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題的途徑很多,但面對人群為年輕教師,借助微視頻作為載體,以教師培訓(xùn)為途徑,達到解決教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題為目的的方式暫時沒有,本文期望能找到教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題解決的微視頻的制作策略。首先選擇常州地區(qū)作為試點,組建研究團隊,以常州市的教研員、優(yōu)秀教師、技術(shù)人員為主,其中優(yōu)秀教師以近幾年參加省、市評優(yōu)課或基本功比賽獲獎?wù)邽橹黧w,保證高水平完成微視頻資源包的制作。整個團隊既具有堅實的課程教學(xué)和學(xué)科專業(yè)功底,又具有豐富的一線教育教學(xué)實踐經(jīng)驗和教育技術(shù)實踐技能,充分保證了微視頻資源包的質(zhì)量。向常州市生物學(xué)年輕教師投放92份調(diào)查問卷,反饋顯示年輕教師在科技活動組織、小課題研究的指導(dǎo)、生物實驗的組織、評價學(xué)生、進修、設(shè)計有啟發(fā)有價值的教學(xué)構(gòu)思、開放式課堂中的駕馭策略、面向全體學(xué)生、因材施教、探究式教學(xué)、概念教學(xué)等方面存在困難,專業(yè)需求量最大的是觀摩優(yōu)秀教師教學(xué)、生物實驗培訓(xùn)、生物科技活動指導(dǎo)、小課題指導(dǎo)的培訓(xùn)以及研究性學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)。結(jié)合年輕教師感到困惑的問題和專業(yè)需求,閱讀文獻資料并訪談專家和優(yōu)秀教師,提煉出4個一級主題下的25個二級主題的初中生物學(xué)教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題,并對25個教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題進行了相關(guān)解讀。根據(jù)課程標準的核心主題和生物學(xué)學(xué)科的基本思想方法來提出教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題,這些問題應(yīng)該符合初中生的生物學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律和學(xué)習(xí)特點,指向教師生物學(xué)教學(xué)實踐能力發(fā)展的障礙點、關(guān)鍵點和生長點,可以是教師教學(xué)設(shè)計和實施的重要環(huán)節(jié),可以是教師學(xué)科教學(xué)知識及PCK的構(gòu)成要素。教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題的表述方式為:疑問句式,關(guān)鍵詞包含教學(xué)內(nèi)容,教學(xué)設(shè)計或教學(xué)實施的重要環(huán)節(jié)。針對每一個具體的教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題,制作了相應(yīng)的微視頻資源包,其中包含了一份解決教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題的提煉和表述報告(即解讀文稿),一套制作好的微視頻,以及相關(guān)發(fā)表的文章。以微視頻為載體,在常州年輕教師中試點使用,反饋效果較好,能有效地幫助年輕教師解決生物學(xué)教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題,為解決年輕教師教學(xué)關(guān)鍵問題提供了新的路徑。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many ways to solve the key problems of teaching and microvideo, but in the face of the crowd, the young teachers, with the help of microvideo as the carrier, take the training of teachers as the way. There is no way to solve the key teaching problems for the time being, this paper hopes to find out the key teaching problems to solve the micro-video production strategy. First of all, Changzhou area was selected as a pilot, and a research team was set up, with the teaching and research staff, excellent teachers and technical personnel mainly in Changzhou City. Among them, the outstanding teachers mainly participated in the provincial, municipal or basic skills competition winners in recent years. Ensure a high level of micro-video resource package production. The whole team not only has a solid foundation of curriculum teaching and discipline and specialty, but also has rich practical experience and practical skills of educational technology, which fully guarantees the quality of micro-video resource package. A total of 92 questionnaires were sent to young biology teachers in Changzhou City. Feedback showed that young teachers were in the organization of scientific and technological activities, the guidance of research on small topics, the organization of biological experiments, the evaluation of students, the further study, and the design of instructive and valuable teaching ideas. There are difficulties in managing strategy in open classroom, facing all students, teaching in accordance with their aptitude, inquiry teaching, concept teaching and so on. The major demand is the teaching of excellent teachers, the training of biological experiments, the guidance of activities of biotechnology, etc. Training of small project guidance and research learning guidance. Combined with the puzzling problems and professional needs of young teachers, reading literature and interviewing experts and excellent teachers, the key problems of biology teaching in junior middle school were extracted from 25 secondary subjects under four primary themes. Meanwhile, 25 key teaching questions are interpreted. According to the core theme of curriculum standard and the basic thought method of biology subject, the key problems of teaching should be put forward, which should accord with the rules and characteristics of biology study of junior high school students. Pointing to the obstacles, key points and growing points of teachers' biological teaching practical ability, it can be an important link in the design and implementation of teachers' teaching, and can be the constituent elements of teachers' subject teaching knowledge and PCK. The key problems of teaching are expressed in the following ways: interrogative sentences, key words including teaching content, teaching design or important links of teaching implementation. Aiming at each specific teaching key problem, the corresponding microvideo resource package is made, which contains a report of refining and describing the key problems in teaching (that is, unscrambling the manuscript), a set of microvideo which is made well. And related published articles. Using microvideo as the carrier, the feedback effect is good, which can effectively help young teachers to solve the key problems in biology teaching, and provide a new way to solve the key problems of teaching for young teachers.
