運(yùn)動(dòng)處方教學(xué)對(duì)肥胖青少年體適能影響實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the rapidly rising living standard leads to the increase of obesity rate and the decline of physique. At the same time, most teenagers are faced with lack of time after school, sports mainly rely on the actual situation of physical education in school. Therefore, it is imperative to help students burn extra calories, improve their posture and improve their health by raising the level of physical education. According to the results of the physical fitness test and the analysis of the physical fitness data of the adolescents involved in the experiment, this paper designed a teaching plan of exercise prescription, and compared the results before and after. The aim is to provide scientific basis for the reform of physical education for obese teenagers. In general, the introduction of physical exercise prescription teaching in traditional school physical education can fully tap students' maximum potential and interest, give play to their subjective initiative, help students master sports techniques and enhance their cardiopulmonary function. Shape bodybuilding, significantly improve the students' physique, promote the healthy growth of students. It has the advantages of comprehensive, concrete, clear and appropriate. Compared with traditional school physical education, prescription teaching of fitness exercise has the advantage of giving full play to students' subjective sports ability. It is beneficial to cultivate the habit of participating in sports and to form the concept of lifelong sports. It can improve the health level of the body by carrying out the prescription of fitness exercise in school physical education and extracurricular activities.
