綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)背景下的初中生學(xué)業(yè)水平評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the traditional score theory, it has formed a fixed pattern of academic evaluation of junior high school students, which is mainly used for a long time. The main body of evaluation, the content of evaluation, the evaluation method, the use of results, and so on, have a single structure. As a result, junior high school students' academic evaluation gradually moves towards ossification and narrowing. In order to effectively improve the present situation of this kind of evaluation, comprehensive quality evaluation emerges as the times require, and the evaluation of students' academic level is regarded as an important component and reform focus. Therefore, we need to take the perspective of comprehensive quality evaluation under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation. The evaluation of junior high school students' academic level is theoretically analyzed and examined in practice, which is better integrated into the comprehensive quality evaluation to effectively improve the ecological evaluation of junior high school students' academic level. The evaluation of junior high school students' academic level under the background of comprehensive quality evaluation is based on the junior high school education goals and the characteristics of junior high school students' physical and mental development, focusing on the learning process and results of the daily curriculum in the junior high school students. Quantitative and qualitative methods are used to carry out comprehensive and objective evaluation. The basic ideas include promoting students' development, paying equal attention to both process and result, paying attention to teachers and students' active reflection. The content of evaluation includes not only the content of result evaluation in the form of key examination, but also the record of course study. Research learning records, subject works display, subject performance records and other representative process evaluation content; The evaluation method includes not only the quantitative analysis of the achievement, but also the objective record, the reflective evaluation of the students and the comments of other teachers, classmates, parents and so on. The use of evaluation results is used not only in school but also in enrollment, mainly in school, in order to improve students' learning quality and academic level and to help teachers improve their teaching. By examining the present situation of the evaluation of junior high school students' academic level, the author finds that the main problems are as follows: single subject of evaluation, insufficient embodiment of multiple value of evaluation subject, excessive attention to the evaluation of results and insufficient attention to evaluation of process; The evaluation method is focused on quantification and is not enough to use the diversified qualitative methods, and the evaluation results are lack of scientific analysis and the utilization ratio is low. The main reasons for these problems are: the traditional evaluation ecology of "score first" in our country for a long time, the contradiction between the evaluation reality and the educational idea, the lack of teachers' ability to comprehensively apply the way of academic evaluation; The evaluation dependence caused by the idea of teacher-centered evaluation. Based on the examination and attribution analysis of practical problems, this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies for the evaluation of junior high school students' academic level: changing the traditional evaluation concept and setting up the developmental evaluation idea; To narrow the gap between the practice and idea of junior high school students' academic evaluation; to give play to the value of multiple evaluation subjects and combine self-evaluation with other evaluation; to carry out evaluation better with the help of rich subject learning activities; Set up the school-based electronic platform to realize the evaluation network.
