初級中學家校合作“四位一體”的實踐研究
[Abstract]:With the advancement of quality education and the improvement of people's knowledge and culture, schools, families and society pay unprecedented attention to education. For the sake of children's all-round development, it has become a hot point of educational research that the school actively exerts parents' participation in school management to promote the effectiveness of home-school cooperation. Based on the theory of home-school cooperation, this study puts forward that home-school cooperation should focus on the role of school leadership, teachers, students and parents, emphasizing that the four equal status and cooperative partnership can easily form the educational resultant force. Based on the reform of basic education, this paper studies the practice of "four in one" in the cooperation between home and school in Z middle school from the school implementation level. The research mainly adopts the literature method, questionnaire method, interview method, combined with the specific analysis of the practice of home-school cooperation, hoping to put forward practical suggestions for the further practice and research of home-school cooperation. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction. This paper introduces the origin, purpose, significance and method of the research, and defines the core concepts. The second part: the theoretical study of "four in one" of home-school cooperation. This paper introduces the present situation of home-school cooperation research at home and abroad, and constructs the "four-in-one" model of home-school cooperation from three aspects: theoretical basis, legal basis and activity type. The third part: the practical research on the "four in one" cooperation between home and school in Z middle school. This paper summarizes the practice of "four-in-one" cooperation between home and school in Z middle school by means of interview and observation, and analyzes typical cases. The fourth part: reflection and suggestion on the practice of "four in one" in the cooperation of home and school in Z middle school. According to the actual situation of the school to carry out the investigation design and implementation, investigate the understanding, support degree, the way and content of the home-school communication, whether the satisfaction degree of the cooperation between the home and the school "four in one" to the home-school cooperation; This paper makes a comparative analysis on the concrete situation of home-school cooperation, points out the problems and causes of the home-school cooperation in Z middle school, and puts forward some suggestions for further home-school cooperation in the light of the problems existing in the home-school cooperation.
