遼寧省中小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)效能研究

【摘要】:綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)是中小學(xué)生在校外綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)內(nèi)開展的各種生存體驗(yàn)、素質(zhì)拓展、科學(xué)實(shí)踐、專題教育等形式的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)課程是依照國家基礎(chǔ)教育課程方案規(guī)定所設(shè)置的從小學(xué)三年級(jí)至高中的綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)必修課程。本研究參照鄭燕祥的學(xué)校效能理論,從中小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)管理者的行政效能、專任教師的教學(xué)效能和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效能三個(gè)方面入手建構(gòu)了符合中小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)發(fā)展實(shí)際和現(xiàn)實(shí)需要的評(píng)價(jià)模型,并運(yùn)用該模型對(duì)遼寧省中小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)進(jìn)行效能評(píng)估,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):遼寧省中小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)管理者的行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能良好,但是專任教師的教學(xué)效能較低,而且學(xué)生在綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)的學(xué)習(xí)效能未能達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。進(jìn)一步分析影響綜合實(shí)踐基地效能發(fā)揮的主要問題,并提出四個(gè)優(yōu)化建議,以期推動(dòng)遼寧省義務(wù)教育課程改革的全面深化,深入落實(shí)學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素質(zhì)如下:(1)重新定位,充分發(fā)揮中小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐基地(學(xué)校)的獨(dú)特教育功能。(2)規(guī)范課程開發(fā)完善評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,將綜合實(shí)踐納入學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)。(3)完善綜合實(shí)踐教師培養(yǎng)與聘用機(jī)制,提高教師的專業(yè)水平。(4)統(tǒng)籌資源配置,普及高中創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐學(xué)校。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive practice activity is a kind of practice activity in the form of survival experience, quality expansion, scientific practice, special education and so on, which is carried out by primary and middle school students in the comprehensive practice base (school) outside school. The comprehensive practical activity curriculum is a compulsory course from the third grade of primary school to the senior high school according to the national basic education curriculum plan. According to Zheng Yanxiang's theory of school efficiency, this study starts with the administrative efficiency of the administrators of the comprehensive practice base (school) in primary and secondary schools. Starting with the teaching efficacy of full-time teachers and the learning efficiency of students, this paper constructs an evaluation model that meets the practical and realistic needs of the development of the comprehensive practice base (school) in primary and secondary schools. The model is used to evaluate the efficiency of the comprehensive practice base (school) of primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province. The study shows that the administrative leadership efficiency of the administrators of the comprehensive practice base (school) of primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province is good. But the full-time teacher's teaching efficiency is low, and the students' learning efficiency in the comprehensive practice base (school) can not reach the expected effect. Further analysis of the main problems affecting the effectiveness of the comprehensive practice base, and put forward four optimization suggestions, in order to promote the comprehensive deepening of compulsory education curriculum reform in Liaoning Province, in-depth implementation of the core quality of student development as follows: (1) repositioning, Give full play to the unique educational function of the comprehensive practice base (school) of primary and secondary schools. (2) standardize the curriculum development and perfect the evaluation mechanism, The comprehensive practice should be included in the evaluation of students' development core accomplishment. (3) perfect the mechanism of training and employment of comprehensive practical teachers and improve the professional level of teachers. (4) coordinate the allocation of resources and popularize the innovative practice schools in senior high schools.
