【摘要】：班主任是班級的靈魂。由于中學生的生理和心理特點,班主任必須有高超的班級管理藝術(shù),在認識自我價值基礎(chǔ)上,充分調(diào)動自己的組織管理溝通能力,讓每個中學生通過班級管理,去收獲自己的學習方法,讓學生收獲自我價值和重塑自信。
[Abstract]:The head teacher is the soul of the class. Because of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the middle school students, the head teacher must have superb art of class management. On the basis of understanding his own value, he should fully mobilize his own ability of organization, management and communication, so that every middle school student can pass the class management. To harvest their own learning methods, so that students gain self-worth and restore self-confidence.
