【摘要】：我國正處于由體育大國向體育強國邁進的重要時期,全面普及足球運動,促進其綜合發(fā)展,是我國體育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,也是建設體育強國的重要內容。足球“從娃娃抓起”喊了很多年,但往往僅限于口號,2015年2月,中央全面深化改革領導小組第十次會議審核并通過《中國足球改革發(fā)展總體方案》(以下簡稱新“方案”),給中國足球帶來了新的生機。新“方案”中明確規(guī)定,將足球與育人聯(lián)系在一起,強調了以足球為代表的體育教學在教育中的重要地位,此外,新“方案”有17處涉及校園足球,足見其重要程度。但由于新“方案”發(fā)布時間較短,實施時間不長,從全國校園足球開展情況來看,各地區(qū)之間甚至各學校之間的校園足球活動開展質量參差不齊,存在較大差距,這也影響到我國校園足球活動開展的整體均衡和可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。本項研究課題主要采用了問卷調查法、文獻資料法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法。從中學足球開展情況入手,對太原市15所中學的校園足球開展情況展開細致全面的研究,旨在對新“方案”發(fā)布實施后太原市中學校園足球的具體實施情況做調查,意在了解足球課程開設情況、課外足球活動和校園足球聯(lián)賽開展情況等現(xiàn)狀做調查分析,找出太原市中學開展足球活動做的比較好的地方,以及存在的不足之處,并結合新“方案”以及太原市中學的教學實際情況,力求為更好的開展太原市中學校園足球活動提供一些切實可行的建議。研究結果表明:太原市中學校園足球活動開展效果距新“方案”的要求還有一定差距,雖然課外足球活動的開展、校足球隊的建立、校園足球聯(lián)賽的開展給校園足球活動帶來了新的變化,但其中仍然存在一些問題。比如:太原市開設中學足球課程的前景堪憂;校足球隊訓練計劃不完善;校園足球聯(lián)賽機制不健全;足球運動在中學生中普及率不高;中學女子足球開展速度緩慢等。而這些問題都在一定程度上影響了太原市中學校園足球活動的正常開展。根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出幾點建議:1、調整太原市足球課程結構設置;2、完善校足球隊訓練計劃;3、健全校園足球聯(lián)賽機制;4、加強足球運動推廣與宣傳,提高足球運動普及率;5、重視男子足球的同時,加快女子足球發(fā)展速度;6、提高校領導對校園足球的重視程度;7、強化師資隊伍建設;8、擴大中學體育資金投入量,健全場地設施。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the important period from the sports big country to the sports powerful country. Popularizing the football sport comprehensively, promoting its comprehensive development, is the important part of our country's sports cause, and is also the important content of the construction of the sports powerful country. Soccer "from the doll" shouted for many years, but often only limited to slogans. In February 2015, the 10th meeting of the Central leading Group for All-round deepening Reform examined and approved the "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football" (hereinafter referred to as the "new plan"). It brings new life to Chinese football. The new "plan" clearly stipulates that football is connected with educating people, and emphasizes the important position of sports teaching represented by football in education. In addition, 17 new "plans" involve campus football, which shows its importance. However, due to the short release time and short implementation time of the new "plan", the quality of campus football activities between different regions and even among schools is uneven and there is a big gap from the situation of the national campus football development. This also affects the overall balance and sustainable development of campus football activities in China. This research mainly adopts questionnaire, literature, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods. Starting with the development of middle school football learning, this paper makes a detailed and comprehensive study on the development of campus football in 15 middle schools in Taiyuan, in order to investigate the concrete implementation of campus football in Taiyuan after the promulgation and implementation of the new "plan". The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the present situation of football curriculum, extracurricular football activities and campus football league, and to find out the better place to develop football activities in Taiyuan middle school, as well as the shortcomings. Combined with the new "plan" and the actual teaching situation of Taiyuan middle school, the author tries to provide some practical suggestions for the better development of campus football activities in Taiyuan middle school. The results show that there is still a certain gap between the effect of campus football activities in Taiyuan City and the requirements of the new "scheme", although the development of extracurricular football activities and the establishment of the school football team, The development of campus football league has brought new changes to campus football activities, but there are still some problems. For example: Taiyuan City to set up the prospect of secondary school football curriculum; the school football training plan is not perfect; the campus football league mechanism is not perfect; football in middle school students in the popularity rate is not high; middle school women's football development speed is slow and so on. To some extent, these problems affect the normal development of campus football activities in Taiyuan City. According to the problems found, some suggestions are put forward: 1, adjust the structure of football curriculum in Taiyuan, 2, perfect the training plan of school football team, 3, perfect the mechanism of campus football league; (4) strengthen the promotion and propaganda of football, improve the popularity of football; 5, attach importance to men's football, at the same time, speed up the development of women's football; 6, improve the school leaders' attention to campus football; 7, strengthen the construction of teachers; 8. Expand the amount of sports investment in middle schools and improve the facilities.
