高中生有效時(shí)間管理策略研究
[Abstract]:Time, refers to the period in which people can play their effective value in the course of life. For high school students, it means the period during which they can exert their effective value in high school, that is, the sum of classroom time and extracurricular time of high school students. Students in high school have a relatively heavy workload and face the challenges of entrance exams and future choices. Many students look tired every day, and both physical and psychological pressures often make them lament that they are short of time. Only by blindly hard work, the results are often not satisfactory, reasonable arrangement of time and efficient management of the same significance. This study investigated the time management of senior high school students by questionnaire and interview. The subjects were 420 senior high school students in grade one to three of four senior high schools in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province. The contents of the investigation mainly included time allocation and utilization of senior high school students, awareness of time management and behavior of time management. The results show that: most high school students have a certain sense of time and can consciously cherish and reasonable arrangement of time; However, the allocation and utilization of time and the concrete behavior of time management still need to be strengthened, which can be reflected in less discretionary time, single activity in disposable time, insufficient sleep time, serious phenomenon of staying up late, and so on. There were no significant gender and geographical differences in time management consciousness and behavior of senior high school students. The level of academic achievement and parents' family rearing style have certain influence on their time management consciousness and behavior. Generally speaking, there are some problems in time management of senior high school students, such as unreasonable time allocation, serious hidden time waste, low utilization rate of time, lack of awareness of time management and lack of ways to obtain time management methods. On the one hand, the reasons lie in the differences of senior high school students themselves, the lack of awareness of time management, the lack of clear goals, the lack of execution, the habit of procrastination and the lack of self-control. On the other hand, the lack of special curriculum in school time management, the lack of family education and the deviation of guidance, the influence of students' peers, the mobile phone, the network occupy a large amount of time of students and other external reasons. In view of the above problems and reasons of time management in senior high school students, we can improve the efficiency of time management in senior high school students from the aspects of improving their own time management ability and providing external support and guidance. In terms of improving the ability of time management of senior high school students, it includes setting up the sense of time and time management, perfecting the method of time management and forming good personal habits. From the point of view of providing external support and guidance for joint efforts, including the establishment of an increasingly perfect and scientific evaluation mechanism for senior high school students, the school regularly organizes and sets up courses and activities related to time management, and reasonably arranges the students' working hours in school. Teachers strengthen the guidance of students' time management skills and methods and give full play to the role of family education. Multi-pronged approach, so that senior high school students to free the management of time to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
