【摘要】：時(shí)間,指人們生命過程中能夠發(fā)揮其有效價(jià)值的那段時(shí)間。對于高中學(xué)生而言,則意味著在高中階段能夠發(fā)揮其有效價(jià)值的那段時(shí)間,即高中學(xué)生課堂時(shí)間與課余時(shí)間的總和。處于高中階段的學(xué)生,課業(yè)任務(wù)相對繁重,同時(shí)要面對升學(xué)考試及未來選擇的挑戰(zhàn),許多學(xué)生每天看起來都很疲憊,身體和心理的雙重壓力更使他們常�？畤@時(shí)間不夠用。僅靠盲目地努力用功,取得的效果往往不盡如人意,對時(shí)間進(jìn)行合理的安排與高效的管理同樣意義重大。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法對高中生的時(shí)間管理情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。調(diào)查對象為黑龍江省齊齊哈爾市四所高中高一至高三年級共420名高中學(xué)生;調(diào)查內(nèi)容主要包含高中生時(shí)間分配和利用情況、時(shí)間管理意識(shí)和時(shí)間管理行為三部分。研究結(jié)果表明:大多數(shù)高中生具有一定的時(shí)間觀念并能夠自覺珍惜以及合理安排時(shí)間;但在時(shí)間的分配與利用以及時(shí)間管理的具體行為方面仍有待加強(qiáng),體現(xiàn)在可自由支配時(shí)間量較少、可支配時(shí)間內(nèi)活動(dòng)較為單一,睡眠時(shí)間不足,熬夜現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重等問題。高中生時(shí)間管理意識(shí)以及時(shí)間管理行為行為并不存在顯著的性別差異和地域差異,而高中學(xué)生的年級、學(xué)業(yè)成績水平及父母對于子女的家庭教養(yǎng)方式對其時(shí)間管理意識(shí)及行為均有一定的影響。概言之,高中生在時(shí)間管理方面存在時(shí)間分配不夠合理、隱性時(shí)間浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重、時(shí)間利用率不高以及時(shí)間管理意識(shí)及方法獲得途徑缺失等問題。究其原因,一方面在于高中學(xué)生自身的差異、時(shí)間管理意識(shí)缺乏、自身目標(biāo)不明確、執(zhí)行力不足,易拖延的習(xí)慣以及自制力不足等內(nèi)部原因;另一方面在于學(xué)校缺乏時(shí)間管理的專門課程、家庭教育的缺失及導(dǎo)向偏差、學(xué)生周圍同伴的影響以及手機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)占據(jù)學(xué)生大量時(shí)間等外部原因。針對當(dāng)前高中生時(shí)間管理存在的上述問題及原因,可從提升高中生自身時(shí)間管理能力,以及給予外部多方支持和指導(dǎo)兩方面著手提高高中生的時(shí)間管理效能。就提升高中生自身時(shí)間管理能力而言,包括樹立時(shí)間觀念及時(shí)間管理的意識(shí)、完善時(shí)間管理的方法以及形成良好的個(gè)人習(xí)慣;就多方共同努力提供外部支持和指導(dǎo)來看,包括建立日趨完善科學(xué)的高中學(xué)生評價(jià)機(jī)制、學(xué)校定期組織開設(shè)時(shí)間管理相關(guān)課程及活動(dòng)、合理安排學(xué)生在校作息時(shí)間、教師加強(qiáng)對于學(xué)生時(shí)間管理技能與方法的指導(dǎo)以及充分發(fā)揮家庭教育的作用。多管齊下,以此達(dá)到使高中生對于可自由支配時(shí)間的管理達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。
[Abstract]:Time, refers to the period in which people can play their effective value in the course of life. For high school students, it means the period during which they can exert their effective value in high school, that is, the sum of classroom time and extracurricular time of high school students. Students in high school have a relatively heavy workload and face the challenges of entrance exams and future choices. Many students look tired every day, and both physical and psychological pressures often make them lament that they are short of time. Only by blindly hard work, the results are often not satisfactory, reasonable arrangement of time and efficient management of the same significance. This study investigated the time management of senior high school students by questionnaire and interview. The subjects were 420 senior high school students in grade one to three of four senior high schools in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province. The contents of the investigation mainly included time allocation and utilization of senior high school students, awareness of time management and behavior of time management. The results show that: most high school students have a certain sense of time and can consciously cherish and reasonable arrangement of time; However, the allocation and utilization of time and the concrete behavior of time management still need to be strengthened, which can be reflected in less discretionary time, single activity in disposable time, insufficient sleep time, serious phenomenon of staying up late, and so on. There were no significant gender and geographical differences in time management consciousness and behavior of senior high school students. The level of academic achievement and parents' family rearing style have certain influence on their time management consciousness and behavior. Generally speaking, there are some problems in time management of senior high school students, such as unreasonable time allocation, serious hidden time waste, low utilization rate of time, lack of awareness of time management and lack of ways to obtain time management methods. On the one hand, the reasons lie in the differences of senior high school students themselves, the lack of awareness of time management, the lack of clear goals, the lack of execution, the habit of procrastination and the lack of self-control. On the other hand, the lack of special curriculum in school time management, the lack of family education and the deviation of guidance, the influence of students' peers, the mobile phone, the network occupy a large amount of time of students and other external reasons. In view of the above problems and reasons of time management in senior high school students, we can improve the efficiency of time management in senior high school students from the aspects of improving their own time management ability and providing external support and guidance. In terms of improving the ability of time management of senior high school students, it includes setting up the sense of time and time management, perfecting the method of time management and forming good personal habits. From the point of view of providing external support and guidance for joint efforts, including the establishment of an increasingly perfect and scientific evaluation mechanism for senior high school students, the school regularly organizes and sets up courses and activities related to time management, and reasonably arranges the students' working hours in school. Teachers strengthen the guidance of students' time management skills and methods and give full play to the role of family education. Multi-pronged approach, so that senior high school students to free the management of time to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
