聊城市東昌府區(qū)青少年素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練課程現(xiàn)狀分析

【摘要】:我國(guó)教育目的提出培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐性人才,在素質(zhì)教育和新課改的背景下依據(jù)國(guó)家教育目的的要求,2001年教育部正式頒布的《基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革綱要(試行)》提出增加學(xué)生參加綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)[1]。在資金、師資力量受限的條件下為了增加學(xué)生的綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng),素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地的課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)效果的質(zhì)量關(guān)系到素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地的綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)是否可以完成國(guó)家教育目的對(duì)培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新和精神實(shí)踐性人才的要求。本文通過(guò)對(duì)東昌府區(qū)素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練課程現(xiàn)狀分析,為東昌府區(qū)素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練課程的發(fā)展和改革提供指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)東昌府區(qū)素質(zhì)教育實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練取得更好的育人效果。本文主要通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練課程設(shè)置、課程資源、課程管理、課程評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究得出以下結(jié)論:1實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練課程內(nèi)容設(shè)置以及課程內(nèi)容編排設(shè)置比較合理;學(xué)生在挑戰(zhàn)過(guò)程中需要經(jīng)過(guò)5個(gè)不同拓展教師的指導(dǎo),在這5個(gè)拓展項(xiàng)目中拓展教師不固定,不能因材施教進(jìn)行引導(dǎo);學(xué)時(shí)設(shè)置不足不利于體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)鏈分享環(huán)節(jié)的完成。2實(shí)踐基地拓展訓(xùn)練課程資源中場(chǎng)地、器材的安全系數(shù)較高、多樣性也比較豐富;拓展教師原來(lái)從事的教學(xué)科目呈現(xiàn)多元化、拓展教師的教學(xué)年限較短,但是所有的拓展教師都參加過(guò)不同形式的培訓(xùn);課程資源的開(kāi)發(fā)為拓展訓(xùn)練課程更好的發(fā)展提供了保障。3拓展訓(xùn)練課程內(nèi)容受到不同群體的一致好評(píng);學(xué)時(shí)設(shè)置不能滿足正常上課的需求,學(xué)時(shí)設(shè)置需要改變;項(xiàng)目數(shù)量和次數(shù)不同人群產(chǎn)生歧義;拓展訓(xùn)練教師的教學(xué)能力有待提高;學(xué)生專業(yè)技能和實(shí)踐技能、自信心和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力的滿意度評(píng)價(jià)較好。
[Abstract]:The aim of education in our country is to cultivate creative spirit and practical talents. Under the background of quality-oriented education and new curriculum reform, according to the requirements of the national educational purpose, the "basic Education Curriculum Reform outline (trial)" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2001 proposes to increase the opportunities for students to participate in comprehensive practical activities [1]. In order to increase students' comprehensive practical activities, the practice base of quality education came into being under the condition of limited funds and teachers. The quality of the curriculum and teaching effect of the practice base of quality-oriented education is related to whether the comprehensive practical activities of the practice base of quality-oriented education can fulfill the requirements of the national educational aim for cultivating creative and spiritual practical talents. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development and training courses in the practice base of quality education in Dongchang District, this paper provides guidance for the development and reform of the courses in the practice base of quality education in Dongchang District. To promote the Dongchang District quality education practice base expansion training to achieve better educational results. This article mainly through the literature method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, to the practice base expansion training curriculum establishment, the curriculum resources, the curriculum management, The following conclusions are drawn from the research on curriculum evaluation: the content setting and course content arrangement are reasonable in the practice base of 1: 1, and students need to go through the guidance of five different extension teachers in the process of challenge. In these five expansion projects, the extension teachers are not fixed and can not be guided according to their aptitude, the lack of school hours is not conducive to the completion of the experiential teaching chain sharing links. 2. The site of the development training course resources in the practice base is higher, and the safety factor of the equipment is relatively high. The diversity is also relatively rich; the original teaching subjects of the extension teachers are diversified, the teaching time of the extension teachers is short, but all the extension teachers have participated in different forms of training; The development of curriculum resources provides a guarantee for the better development of development training courses. 3. 3. The contents of extended training courses are well received by different groups, the setting of school hours can not meet the needs of normal classes, and the setting of school hours needs to be changed. The number and number of projects are ambiguous among different groups; the teaching ability of teachers should be improved; the satisfaction evaluation of students' professional skills and practical skills, self-confidence and teamwork ability is better.
