中職語文教學(xué)提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐策略研究

【摘要】:本文是針對中職語文教學(xué)提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)進(jìn)行的系統(tǒng)專門研究,通過中職學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和語文學(xué)科教學(xué)目標(biāo),以筆者所在學(xué)校為例,分析中職語文教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及中職學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,并尋找出中職語文教學(xué)提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的可行性論證,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐,提出中職語文教學(xué)提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐策略。本文的研究大體上可以分為以下幾個(gè)部分:第一章,導(dǎo)論部分,主要闡述本文研究原由,研究內(nèi)容及所采用的研究方法等;第二章,主要闡述中職學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位和分析職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的理論內(nèi)涵,通過了解中職學(xué)校的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的構(gòu)成,進(jìn)一步分析學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)在實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中的地位,探索學(xué)校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的途徑等,由此引出學(xué)科教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的重要途徑之一,為后文的論述打下基礎(chǔ);第三章,針對“中職語文教學(xué)與學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀”,以筆者所在學(xué)校學(xué)生為研究對象,通過大量的問卷調(diào)查,將收集到的數(shù)據(jù)分析比較,總結(jié)出中職語文教學(xué)與學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而深入挖掘發(fā)現(xiàn)“中職語文教學(xué)提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的可行性”;第四章,主要闡述中職語文教學(xué)提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的原則與策略,論述重點(diǎn)在策略部分。本章共分七個(gè)部分論述中職語文提升學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的策略:其一,中職語文教師提升自身職業(yè)素養(yǎng);其二,依中職語文新大綱為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),開展語文教學(xué)工作;其三,依據(jù)教材,深入挖掘教學(xué)文本中的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)內(nèi)涵;其四,教師靈活運(yùn)用教學(xué)方法,因勢利導(dǎo),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng);其五,建立語文學(xué)科的發(fā)展性評價(jià)機(jī)制;其六,組織學(xué)生參加社會實(shí)踐,進(jìn)行職業(yè)體驗(yàn);其七,加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)的疏導(dǎo),使其形成健康人格。
[Abstract]:This paper is a systematic and specialized study on how to promote the students' professional accomplishment in the secondary vocational school. Through the training goal of the secondary vocational school and the teaching goal of the Chinese subject, the author takes the school where the author belongs as an example. This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools and the present situation of vocational students' professional literacy, and finds out the feasibility of improving students' professional literacy by Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools, combining with relevant theories and practice. Put forward the practical strategy of improving students' professional accomplishment in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school. The research of this paper can be divided into the following parts: the first chapter, the introduction, mainly describes the original reasons of this study, research content and research methods, etc. This paper mainly expounds the orientation of the training goal of the secondary vocational school and analyzes the theoretical connotation of the vocational literacy. Through the understanding of the training goal of the secondary vocational school and the composition of the students' professional accomplishment, it further analyzes the status of the cultivation of the students' professional literacy in the realization of the training goal. This paper explores the ways of cultivating students' professional literacy and so on, which leads to the fact that subject teaching is one of the important ways to cultivate students' professional literacy, which lays the foundation for the later discussion. Chapter three, in view of the present situation of Chinese teaching and students' professional literacy in secondary vocational schools, Taking the students of my school as the research object, through a large number of questionnaires, this paper analyzes and compares the collected data, and summarizes the current situation of Chinese teaching and students' professional accomplishment in secondary vocational schools. The fourth chapter mainly expounds the principles and strategies of the secondary vocational language teaching to improve the students' professional literacy, and discusses the emphasis on the strategy part. This chapter is divided into seven parts to discuss the strategies of improving students' professional literacy: first, teachers of secondary vocational school to improve their own professional literacy; second, according to the new syllabus of secondary vocational language as the standard to carry out Chinese teaching work; third, according to the teaching materials, Deeply excavate the connotation of professional accomplishment in teaching text; fourth, teachers use teaching method flexibly, guide and cultivate students' professional accomplishment according to the situation; fifth, establish the developmental evaluation mechanism of Chinese subject; sixth, organize students to participate in social practice, To strengthen the guidance to the psychological quality of the students and make them form a healthy personality.
