【摘要】：文化是一個(gè)國家的靈魂,對(duì)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展具有很重要的作用。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化發(fā)展,以及文化在全球范圍內(nèi)的交流。德育環(huán)境是對(duì)中學(xué)生進(jìn)行道德教育的載體,對(duì)引導(dǎo)青少年的思想建設(shè)具有重要的意義。中學(xué)德育環(huán)境影響著中學(xué)生的心里健康,對(duì)于中學(xué)生未來的道德發(fā)展也產(chǎn)生了潛移默化的影響。根據(jù)中學(xué)生身心發(fā)展和道德教育發(fā)展規(guī)律,對(duì)他們進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的教育、思想是必須要做的。多元文化是世界各國、各地區(qū)的文化在當(dāng)今全球化趨勢下不斷交流、融合,并互相借鑒的情況。文化多元的趨勢已是勢在必行,而各種文化之間的激烈碰撞、交流融合,會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)代中學(xué)生的德育建設(shè)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響和作用。這些影響有其積極的一面,可以促進(jìn)中學(xué)德育更加開放化、現(xiàn)代化,迎合當(dāng)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)加的一個(gè)新的勢頭。與此同時(shí),多元文化對(duì)中學(xué)德育環(huán)境建設(shè)的發(fā)展帶來了許多挑戰(zhàn)和負(fù)面影響,使傳統(tǒng)的德育環(huán)境受到?jīng)_擊。本論文中主要探討當(dāng)代我國中學(xué)生德育環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀以及德育環(huán)境如何建設(shè)的問題,從多元文化的角度去分析如何更好地構(gòu)建當(dāng)代中學(xué)生的德育環(huán)境,并給出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of a country and plays an important role in the harmonious development of society. With the globalization of the economy, and cultural exchanges around the world. The environment of moral education is the carrier of moral education for middle school students, and it is of great significance to guide the ideological construction of teenagers. The environment of moral education in middle school affects the mental health of middle school students and has a subtle effect on the moral development of middle school students in the future. According to the law of the development of middle school students' body and mind and moral education, it is necessary to carry on the corresponding education to them. Multiculturalism is a situation in which the cultures of all countries and regions are constantly communicating, merging and learning from each other under the trend of globalization. The trend of cultural diversity is imperative, and the fierce collision between different cultures, communication and fusion will have a profound impact and effect on the moral education construction of contemporary middle school students. These influence have its positive side, can promote the middle school moral education to be more open, modernized, caters to the new momentum which the contemporary Internet adds. At the same time, multiculturalism has brought many challenges and negative effects to the construction of moral education environment in middle schools, which has impacted the traditional moral education environment. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of moral education environment of middle school students in contemporary China and how to build it, analyzes how to better construct the moral education environment of contemporary middle school students from the perspective of multiculturalism, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
