羅定中學(xué)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,中學(xué)的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)已經(jīng)日趨成熟,學(xué)校的信息化進(jìn)程也在逐步的得到推進(jìn),計算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到教學(xué)過程中進(jìn)行輔助教學(xué)。教務(wù)管理人員和教師在進(jìn)行教務(wù)管理和教學(xué)過程中,需要對學(xué)生的基本情況和知識掌握程度進(jìn)行了解和驗(yàn)證,這就需要教務(wù)人員能夠統(tǒng)一管理教學(xué)和教務(wù)信息,教師實(shí)時的進(jìn)行各種題型和知識點(diǎn)的記錄,并對學(xué)生進(jìn)行測試。在以往的教務(wù)和教學(xué)管理過程中,教務(wù)人員和教師都是通過手工的形式進(jìn)行學(xué)生管理和教務(wù)整理,并對學(xué)生的情況進(jìn)行整理并分析,這樣往往需要大量的時間,不但使得教師無法把所有精力應(yīng)用到教學(xué)過程中,而且不利于測試成果的分析。因此,中學(xué)內(nèi)部亟需相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。羅定中學(xué)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)是在羅定中學(xué)內(nèi)部對于教務(wù)和教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,對教務(wù)和教學(xué)管理過程和運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)時的監(jiān)控,實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控管理的自動化、流程化以及規(guī)范化管理。本文所做主要工作包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容:(1)分析系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的主要背景和意義,充分調(diào)研教務(wù)和教學(xué)管理的業(yè)務(wù)需求,確定教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)研究的主要方向;(2)通過對系統(tǒng)總體運(yùn)行流程的分析,從學(xué)生管理、題庫、成績分析以及系統(tǒng)管理等方面建立系統(tǒng)的主要功能結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模型分析;(3)借助于系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)流圖的構(gòu)建,確定系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)流入、數(shù)據(jù)處理以及數(shù)據(jù)輸出等方面的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系;(4)完成系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計,以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行核心功能模塊的設(shè)計,利用ASP.NET技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)羅定中學(xué)內(nèi)部的學(xué)籍管理、題庫管理、試卷管理、成績管理等功能,并通過MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行主要數(shù)據(jù)模型的設(shè)計;(5)建立測試用例實(shí)現(xiàn)羅定中學(xué)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的測試,分析具體的測試結(jié)果,并進(jìn)行部署和實(shí)施。在進(jìn)行羅定中學(xué)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中,充分利用了當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的軟件開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù),并將其應(yīng)用到具體的中學(xué)教務(wù)和教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)管理中,有助于中學(xué)教務(wù)和教學(xué)管理的規(guī)范化、流程化以及高效化管理。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與實(shí)施,有效的提高了教務(wù)管理實(shí)時監(jiān)控管理的工作效率,并對其他學(xué)校進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供了一定的借鑒作用。

In the course of the design and implementation of Luoding Middle School Educational Administration Management system, the current advanced software development and implementation technology are fully utilized, and applied to the specific middle school educational administration and teaching link management. It is helpful to the standardization, flow and high efficiency management of middle school educational administration and teaching management. The realization and implementation of the system effectively improve the efficiency of real-time monitoring and management of educational administration management, and provide a certain reference for other schools to design the system.
