石河子市初中教師參與教研活動的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:新課程改革的背景下,教師參與教研活動的需求日益多元化,通過有效的管理讓教師在搞好教育教學工作的同時,積極投身到教研活動中來,這是當前學校教研工作的重點和目標所在。因此,基于學校教研方式和教研內(nèi)容的的變革迫在眉睫,有關學校教研活動開展情況的分析和研究勢在必行。本研究通過問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法對新疆石河子市10所初中學校的教師參與教研活動內(nèi)容、教研活動模式、教研活動制度保障、教研活動物質(zhì)保障等方面,深入剖析教師實際參與狀況和效果;谝陨戏治霭l(fā)現(xiàn),教師教研活動的參與效果在不同層面均有所反映,主要體現(xiàn)在:教研內(nèi)容零散,系統(tǒng)性不夠;教研模式單一,吸引力欠缺;教研管理過程混亂,流于形式;教研資料有限,教研信息缺乏;教研缺乏動力,研究步驟混亂無序等方面;谠L談內(nèi)容本研究認為導致以上問題產(chǎn)生的原因是多方面的,其中教研理念不明確,活動內(nèi)容可實踐性不強是影響教研內(nèi)容零散,系統(tǒng)性不夠的主要原因;教研氛圍不濃,教研模式更新重視不足是影響教研模式單一,吸引力欠缺的主要原因;教研考評不合理,活動過程缺乏監(jiān)督與評價是影響教研管理過程混亂,流于形式的主要原因;管理者認知不足,教研經(jīng)驗不足是導致學校教研資料有限,教研信息缺乏的主要原因;教師教學負擔重,教研能力缺乏導致教師教研缺乏動力,研究步驟混亂無序的主要原因等。在此基礎上,本研究立足于石河子市初中教師參與教研活動的實際,提出了改善教研活動管理績效的策略研究:明確教研主題,提高內(nèi)容的適切性;豐富教研活動形式,激發(fā)教師合作交流;重視教研管理過程,完善專業(yè)指導提升教師教研能力,多渠道獲取前沿教研信息;重視教研素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng),促進教師自主參與等建議。本研究有利于豐富教研組教研活動質(zhì)量管理基本理論,有助于揭示石河子市初中教師參與教研活動過程中存在的問題及深層原因,為石河子市初中學校教研管理機構改進教研活動管理水平提供實證依據(jù),以期促進教師主體自覺參與的意識。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the need for teachers to participate in teaching and research activities is increasingly diversified. Through effective management, teachers are actively involved in teaching and research activities while doing well in teaching and teaching. This is the focus and goal of the current school teaching and research work. It is imperative to analyze and study the development of school teaching and research activities. Through the questionnaire survey and interview method, this study makes an in-depth analysis of teachers' actual participation in the teaching and research activities of teachers in 10 junior high schools in Shihezi, Xinjiang, in the aspects of teaching and research activities, teaching and research activities, the guarantee of teaching and research activities, and the guarantee of the living animal quality of teaching and research. Based on the above analysis, it is found that the effects of teachers' teaching and research activities are reflected in different levels, mainly in the following aspects: scattered teaching and research, lack of systematic nature, single teaching and research model, lack of attraction, confusion in the process of teaching and research, the limited information of teaching and research, the lack of teaching and research information, the lack of motivation for teaching and research, and mixed research steps. Based on the interview content, this study thinks that the causes of the above problems are caused by many aspects, in which the idea of teaching and research is not clear and the practical content of the activities is not strong is the main reason that affects the content of teaching and research and the lack of systematicness; the teaching research atmosphere is not strong and the mode of teaching and research is insufficient to influence the model of teaching and research. The main reasons for the lack of gravity; the unreasonable evaluation of teaching and research, the lack of supervision and evaluation in the process of activities are the main reasons that affect the confusion of the teaching and research management process, and the main reasons for the flow in the form; the lack of knowledge of the managers and the lack of teaching research experience are the main reasons for the limited information of the school teaching and research, the lack of teaching research information, the heavy burden of teaching and the lack of teaching and research ability. Teachers' teaching and research are lack of motivation and the main reasons for the confusion and disorder of the steps. On this basis, this study, based on the practice of junior high school teachers in Shihezi, puts forward the strategies to improve the management performance of teaching and research activities: to clarify the subject of teaching research, to improve the relevance of the content, to enrich the form of teaching and research, and to stimulate the cooperation of teachers. This study is helpful to enrich the basic theory of quality management of teaching and research activities in the teaching and research group, and help to reveal the participation of teachers in Shihezi junior middle school in teaching and research activities. The existing problems and deep reasons provide an empirical basis for improving the management level of teaching and research activities by the teaching research management institutions of Shihezi junior high school, in order to promote the consciousness of teachers' subjective participation.
