初中藝術性教育懲戒研究

【摘要】:隨著“以生為本”的理念不斷深化,教育也不斷進行改革。改革過程中,教育工作者們更多關注了孩子素質(zhì)、身心健康的發(fā)展,這應該來說是一件極好的事情。與此同時,古往今來教育懲戒是常見的教育手段,但走到今日卻遭受各方的詬病。在教育界,教育懲戒一直是一個爭議點,也是一個熱點。關于教育懲戒的內(nèi)涵、合理性及方法實踐有許多學者都作出了很多討論。初中生處于“心理斷乳期”,這一時期,他們的是非觀念、世界觀、價值觀逐步構建。單一的賞識教育對于這一時期的學生德育、心理教育中并不能起到全面、積極、有效的作用。有效的教育應該是“賞罰”二者不可缺的。但由于初中生心理發(fā)展、社會關注度等各種原因,懲戒是有技巧的,需要藝術性的。因此,筆者認為教育懲戒是初中階段必不可少的教育方法之一。本文在前人的研究基礎之上結合筆者一線工作經(jīng)歷,明確了教育懲戒的定義與內(nèi)涵。教育懲戒是一種以保護學生身心健康為前提,旨在讓學生發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤、改正錯誤、形成良好的行為習慣和道德觀念的一種有效的教育手段。通過教育懲戒在國內(nèi)外的情況的介紹,結合哲學、心理學及現(xiàn)實需要探討了教育懲戒的合理性,以茲證明初中教育需要一定的、合理的、有效的教育懲戒。最后,筆者通過自身在一線的客觀或主觀經(jīng)驗,為初中教育懲戒的藝術性措施提供了一定的實例,在此基礎上,歸納提出了在實施教育懲戒的原則、技巧與具體措施。通過本文的討論,希望樹立對教育懲戒的正確觀念,讓其在初中教育中能更好地發(fā)揮其育人的作用;通過筆者在一線的案例分析總結,探討初中階段教育懲戒處理的藝術性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the concept of "student-oriented", education has been reformed. In the process of reform, educators pay more attention to the development of children's quality and physical and mental health, which should be an excellent thing. At the same time, educational discipline is a common means of education, but it has been criticized. In the field of education, education discipline has always been a controversial point, but also a hot spot. Many scholars have discussed the connotation, rationality and practice of educational discipline. Junior high school students are in the period of psychological weaning. During this period, their ideas of right and wrong, world outlook and values are gradually constructed. The single appreciation education does not play a comprehensive, positive and effective role in the moral education of students in this period. Effective education should be indispensable for both rewards and punishments. However, due to the psychological development of junior high school students, social concerns and other reasons, discipline is skilled and requires artistry. Therefore, the author thinks that educational discipline is one of the essential educational methods in junior middle school. On the basis of previous studies, this paper clarifies the definition and connotation of educational discipline based on the author's first line work experience. Educational discipline is an effective educational means to protect students' physical and mental health, to make students find mistakes, to correct mistakes, and to form good behavior habits and moral concepts. By introducing the situation of educational discipline at home and abroad, combining with philosophy, psychology and practical needs, this paper discusses the rationality of educational discipline, in order to prove that junior high school education needs certain, reasonable and effective educational discipline. Finally, through my own objective or subjective experience in the front line, the author provides some examples for the artistic measures of junior high school education discipline. On this basis, the author summarizes the principles, skills and specific measures in the implementation of educational discipline. Through the discussion of this paper, I hope to set up the correct concept of educational discipline, so that it can play a better role in educating people in junior high school education; through the author's case analysis in the first line, explore the artistry of disciplinary treatment in junior middle school education.
