【摘要】：在普通高中學(xué)校,教研組是承擔(dān)學(xué)科教學(xué)任務(wù)的專業(yè)組織,也是各科教師交流合作的主要平臺。教研組的運(yùn)行效果直接影響著學(xué)校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。由于受各方面因素的影響,當(dāng)前的普通高中教研組并沒有完全發(fā)揮其職能。隨著新課程改革的進(jìn)行,高中教師在課堂教學(xué)中面臨著極大挑戰(zhàn),因此,普通高中教研組建設(shè)問題受到了越來越多人的重視。本研究從調(diào)查普通高中教研組的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),旨在通過對教研組建設(shè)存在的問題及原因分析,探索立足于Z理論基礎(chǔ)上的優(yōu)化普通高中教研組建設(shè)的有效策略。首先,本研究通過文獻(xiàn)分析了解國內(nèi)外教研組研究現(xiàn)狀,對組織、教研組及普通高中進(jìn)行概念界定。其次,對我國普通高中教研組與教研活動進(jìn)行解析,并對威廉·大內(nèi)(William Ouchi)的Z理論進(jìn)行剖析,為普通高中教研組建設(shè)提供理論支持。再次,通過問卷法和訪談法深入調(diào)查當(dāng)前普通高中教研組的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,分析教研組建設(shè)存在的問題及問題成因。最后,將普通高中教研組建設(shè)與Z理論相結(jié)合,探索適合優(yōu)化當(dāng)前普通高中教研組建設(shè)的有效策略,以求充分發(fā)揮普通高中教研組的作用、促進(jìn)高中教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展和高中學(xué)校的持續(xù)性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the ordinary high school, the teaching and research group is the professional organization which undertakes the subject teaching task, also is the main platform which the each subject teacher exchanges and cooperates. The operation effect of the teaching and research group directly affects the teaching quality of the school. Due to the influence of various factors, the current senior high school teaching and research group did not give full play to its functions. With the development of the new curriculum reform, senior high school teachers are facing great challenges in classroom teaching. Therefore, more and more people pay attention to the construction of teaching and research group in general high school. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the teaching and research group in senior high school, this study aims to explore the effective strategy of optimizing the construction of the teaching and research group in senior high school based on Z theory through the analysis of the problems and causes in the construction of the group. First of all, through literature analysis to understand the current situation of teaching and research groups at home and abroad, to define the concept of organization, teaching and research group and ordinary high school. Secondly, it analyzes the general high school teaching and research group and the teaching and research activities, and analyzes the Z theory of William (William Ouchi), which provides theoretical support for the construction of the ordinary senior high school teaching and research group. Thirdly, through questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of the construction of the teaching and research group in senior high school, analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the construction of the teaching and research group. Finally, combining the construction of ordinary senior high school teaching and research group with Z theory, this paper explores the effective strategies suitable for optimizing the construction of ordinary high school teaching and research group, in order to give full play to the role of ordinary high school teaching and research group. To promote the professional development of high school teachers and the sustainable development of high school.
