【摘要】：化學(xué)是一門以實(shí)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)科,化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)不僅是化學(xué)教材的重要組成部分,也是學(xué)習(xí)化學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)。高質(zhì)量的化學(xué)教材實(shí)驗(yàn),不僅可以幫助學(xué)生牢固掌握化學(xué)知識(shí),還可以為教師的教學(xué)提供方便。近年來,對(duì)化學(xué)教材中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究已經(jīng)受到廣大教育者的關(guān)注。本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、比較法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、問卷調(diào)查法等方法,以我國(guó)人教版中的“化學(xué)反應(yīng)原理”實(shí)驗(yàn)為比較對(duì)象,選取英國(guó)中學(xué)主流教材中有關(guān)化學(xué)反應(yīng)原理的實(shí)驗(yàn)作對(duì)比。首先提出國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)比較的研究現(xiàn)狀,指出研究的目的和意義。基于建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論、發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)理論和比較教育學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ),先從整體上對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)呈現(xiàn)方式、實(shí)驗(yàn)活動(dòng)形式及其作用、英國(guó)中學(xué)主流教材中有關(guān)化學(xué)反應(yīng)原理的特色實(shí)驗(yàn)、人教版中的“化學(xué)反應(yīng)原理”特色實(shí)驗(yàn)、英國(guó)中學(xué)主流教材與人教版中的“化學(xué)反應(yīng)原理”共有的典型實(shí)驗(yàn)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)有關(guān)化學(xué)反應(yīng)原理的實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)呈現(xiàn)方式的比較包括實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)量、實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置圖、實(shí)驗(yàn)安全教育的比較。重點(diǎn)分析濃度、溫度、催化劑對(duì)化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率的影響的教學(xué)地位。并對(duì)“濃度對(duì)化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率的影響”、“溫度對(duì)化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率的影響”、“催化劑對(duì)化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率的影響”具體實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較,得出實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的啟示,開發(fā)出了典型實(shí)驗(yàn)案例并進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)踐,得出了進(jìn)一步完善實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的啟示。通過本研究,以期廣大的中學(xué)化學(xué)教師能借鑒國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的化學(xué)教材實(shí)驗(yàn),積極設(shè)計(jì)教材中的實(shí)驗(yàn),提高化學(xué)的課堂教學(xué)效率,從而更有利于提升我國(guó)中學(xué)生的化學(xué)核心素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Chemistry is a subject based on experiment. Chemical experiment is not only an important part of chemistry textbook, but also the basis of learning chemistry. The experiment of high quality chemistry teaching material can not only help students grasp chemistry knowledge firmly, but also provide convenience for teachers' teaching. In recent years, the experimental research in chemistry teaching materials has been concerned by the majority of educators. This paper adopts the methods of literature, comparison, mathematical statistics, questionnaire investigation and so on, taking the "chemical reaction principle" experiment in Chinese teaching edition as the comparative object, and choosing the experiment about chemical reaction principle in the mainstream teaching material of British middle school as the contrast object. Firstly, the present situation of chemical experiment comparison at home and abroad is put forward, and the purpose and significance of the research are pointed out. Based on constructivist learning theory, this paper finds out the theoretical basis of learning theory and comparative education. First of all, it presents the experimental mode, the form of experimental activity and its function as a whole, and the characteristic experiments on chemical reaction principle in the mainstream English middle school textbooks. The characteristic experiments of "chemical reaction principle" in human education edition, the typical experiments of "chemical reaction principle" in English middle school textbook and "chemical reaction principle" in human education edition are compared in several aspects about chemical reaction principle experiment. Among them, the comparison of experimental presentation includes the number of experiments, the experimental device diagram, and the comparison of experimental safety education. Emphasis is placed on the teaching position of the effects of concentration, temperature and catalyst on the chemical reaction rate. The influence of concentration on chemical reaction rate, the influence of temperature on chemical reaction rate and the influence of catalyst on chemical reaction rate were compared. The typical experimental cases are developed and the teaching practice is carried out, and the enlightenment of further perfecting the experimental design is obtained. Through this research, we hope that the vast number of middle school chemistry teachers can learn from the excellent chemistry textbook experiments from abroad, actively design the experiments in the teaching materials, improve the efficiency of chemistry classroom teaching, so as to promote the chemistry core accomplishment of the middle school students in our country.
