北京市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校女生經(jīng)期體育課鍛煉情況調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)期體育課鍛煉是學(xué)校每位女學(xué)生都無(wú)法避免的問(wèn)題,不同的學(xué)生對(duì)待經(jīng)期體育課鍛煉的態(tài)度會(huì)有很大差別。當(dāng)前,由于經(jīng)期體育課鍛煉的理論和教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的匱乏,使得教師在課堂對(duì)女生經(jīng)期鍛煉現(xiàn)狀感到棘手。而中等職業(yè)教育具有一定的特殊性,學(xué)生畢業(yè)后直接面向社會(huì),他們年齡普遍較小,要想盡快適應(yīng)社會(huì)的工作節(jié)奏,不僅要掌握良好的職業(yè)技能,還要提高學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),為勝任職業(yè)崗位提供保證。作為一名中等職業(yè)學(xué)校體育教師,迫切需要了解女生經(jīng)期上體育課的基本情況,探討其影響因素,并制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法及比較分析法,對(duì)北京市28所中等職業(yè)學(xué)院女生經(jīng)期體育課鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,結(jié)果表明:北京市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校女生對(duì)經(jīng)期運(yùn)動(dòng)的認(rèn)識(shí)不足,經(jīng)期體育鍛煉意識(shí)較差,學(xué)生意志品質(zhì)差,部分學(xué)校體育課教學(xué)組織形式及教師管理存在不足,影響了課堂秩序和教學(xué)效果。本文針對(duì)目前存在的問(wèn)題,制定了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案,通過(guò)實(shí)施前后的調(diào)查對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生在經(jīng)期體育課請(qǐng)假或見習(xí)人數(shù)明顯減少,對(duì)經(jīng)期鍛煉的認(rèn)知情況和經(jīng)期鍛煉的了解程度明顯提升,證明合理課堂組織形式、教師的嚴(yán)格管理和理論課指導(dǎo)對(duì)改善女生經(jīng)期體育課鍛煉情況有積極的效果。
[Abstract]:Exercise in menstrual physical education is an unavoidable problem for every female student in school, and the attitude of different students towards exercise in menstrual physical education will be very different. At present, due to the lack of theoretical and practical experience in menstrual physical education, teachers feel thorny about the current situation of menstrual exercise for girls in class. The secondary vocational education has its own particularity. Students face the society directly after graduation, and they are generally younger. If they want to adapt to the social work rhythm as soon as possible, they should not only master good vocational skills, but also improve the students' physical quality. Promote the all-round development of students, cultivate students' professional literacy, and provide assurance for competent professional posts. As a PE teacher in secondary vocational school, it is urgent to understand the basic situation of female students in physical education during menstrual period, to discuss the influencing factors, and to formulate the corresponding teaching contents and teaching methods. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of physical training of female students in 28 secondary vocational colleges in Beijing. The results showed that the female students in secondary vocational schools in Beijing had insufficient understanding of menstrual movement, poor awareness of physical exercise during menstrual period, poor quality of students' will, and insufficient organizational form of physical education teaching and teacher management in some schools. It affects classroom order and teaching effect. In view of the existing problems, this paper makes a corresponding improvement plan. Through the investigation and comparison before and after implementation, it is found that the number of students taking leave or probation in the menstrual physical education class is obviously reduced. The cognitive situation of menstrual exercise and the understanding of menstrual exercise were obviously improved, which proved that reasonable classroom organization, strict management of teachers and guidance of theory class had positive effects on improving the physical training of girls in menstrual period.
