【摘要】:2011年,我國(guó)教育部發(fā)布了《基礎(chǔ)課程改革綱要(試行)》文件,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)著新課程改革時(shí)代的到來(lái)。隨著課程改革的實(shí)施和素質(zhì)教育的推廣,提出了增強(qiáng)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展持續(xù)性的這一新課題。新課程改革同樣也特定于思想政治學(xué)科。對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的探討是一個(gè)對(duì)終身學(xué)習(xí)的追求,并不斷解決教育中存在的問(wèn)題,以及職業(yè)理想和道德情感的不斷成熟、積累過(guò)程的教育和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的過(guò)程。當(dāng)前,城市化與城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)與新課程改革的發(fā)展,凸顯了對(duì)高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)化水平的更新更高要求。有效推進(jìn)高中思想政治教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展是新一輪教育教學(xué)改革的必然途徑。然而在過(guò)去的教育實(shí)踐中,一些教師膚淺的認(rèn)為自己的存在只是向?qū)W生這一主體進(jìn)行單向的專遞,而對(duì)于教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展這一重要方面一直被忽視。教育發(fā)展需要教育研究人員的高度重視,對(duì)專業(yè)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行更深入的研究。教師持續(xù)專業(yè)發(fā)展決定著教育的發(fā)展質(zhì)量,高中思想政治課是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的道德教育的重要課程,通過(guò)高中思想政治課來(lái)提高學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)政治教師是十分必要的。高中政治課教師的持續(xù)性專業(yè)發(fā)展是素質(zhì)教育改革的要求,也是高中思想政治課教師自身發(fā)展的需要,更是高中思想政治課教學(xué)質(zhì)量的保證。高中思想政治課教師是德育的主要傳播主體,而這種教育的重要使命使高中思想政治課教師必須繼續(xù)走專業(yè)化發(fā)展道路。在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)研究中,大多數(shù)學(xué)者對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究,主要集中在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)容和方法上。忽視了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展持續(xù)性的重要性和重大意義,而系統(tǒng)地從教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的外部支持和保障,以及內(nèi)部對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理等方面進(jìn)行研究的文獻(xiàn)和參考資料還不多見(jiàn)。本文從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面對(duì)高中思想政治課教師持續(xù)專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了探討,具有重要意義。進(jìn)一步豐富了對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展持續(xù)性的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)教師的自我更新、專業(yè)自主性的促進(jìn)和制約因素進(jìn)行了深入研究,注重教師的知識(shí)和行為價(jià)值,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。從多方面提出了推進(jìn)高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展持續(xù)性的措施和方案。
[Abstract]:In 2011, the Ministry of Education issued the basic Curriculum Reform outline (trial) document, which standardized the arrival of the new curriculum reform era. With the implementation of curriculum reform and the promotion of quality-oriented education, this new task of enhancing the sustainability of teachers' professional development has been put forward. New curriculum reform is also specific to ideological and political disciplines. The exploration of teachers' professional development is a process of pursuing lifelong learning and solving the problems existing in education, as well as the continuous maturation of professional ideal and moral emotion, and the process of accumulation of education and experience. At present, the advancement of urbanization and integration of urban and rural areas and the development of new curriculum reform highlight the higher requirements for the professional level of high school ideological and political teachers. It is an inevitable way to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in a new round of education and teaching reform. However, in the past educational practice, some teachers think that their existence is only a one-way delivery to the subject of students, but the important aspect of teachers' professional development has been ignored. The development of education requires the attention of educational researchers and more in-depth research in the field of professional development. The continuous professional development of teachers determines the quality of the development of education. The ideological and political course of senior high school is an important course to train the students' moral education, and the ideological and political quality of the students is improved through the ideological and political course of the senior high school. It is very necessary to train high-quality professional political teachers. The sustained professional development of high school political teachers is not only the requirement of quality education reform, but also the need of the development of high school ideological and political teachers, and the guarantee of high school politics teaching quality. The ideological and political teachers of senior high school are the main spreading subject of moral education, and the important mission of this kind of education makes them continue to take the road of professional development. In the domestic research of teacher professional development, most scholars mainly focus on the contents and methods of teacher professional development. Neglecting the importance and significance of the sustainability of teacher professional development, and systematically supporting and guaranteeing teachers' professional development from the outside, There are few literatures and references on the leadership and management of teachers' professional development. This paper probes into the continuing professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from the aspects of theory and practice, which is of great significance. It further enriches the understanding of the sustainability of teachers' professional development, studies the teachers' self-renewal, the promotion and restriction factors of professional autonomy, pays attention to teachers' knowledge and behavioral value, and improves the teaching quality. This paper puts forward the measures and plans to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from many aspects.
