鄂州市鄂城區(qū)高中生課外輔導(dǎo)狀態(tài)的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,家庭對(duì)教育的重視,家長(zhǎng)們?cè)敢庖灿心芰楹⒆拥慕逃顿Y,同時(shí)計(jì)劃生育的廣泛實(shí)施,絕大部分的家庭都只能生養(yǎng)一個(gè)孩子,這樣一來,家長(zhǎng)們更是望子成龍,望女成風(fēng),都不愿屈居人后。除了花盡心思為子女們挑選各種各樣的名校,孩子們每天放學(xué)的時(shí)間、周末時(shí)間、寒暑假時(shí)間他們也不愿意放過,不敢有任何松懈。這導(dǎo)致課外輔導(dǎo)行業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。高中生參加課外輔導(dǎo)已經(jīng)為常態(tài)。課外輔導(dǎo)的發(fā)展給各利益相關(guān)者影響是弊大于利抑或是弊大于利?對(duì)于課外輔導(dǎo)的認(rèn)識(shí),應(yīng)持理性的態(tài)度,客觀地看到課外輔導(dǎo)。一方面課外輔導(dǎo)能夠做到因材施教,提高高中生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī);課外輔導(dǎo)可以提高學(xué)生人際交往能力,可以改善親子關(guān)系;課外輔導(dǎo)班可以提高高中生的自信。與此同時(shí),另一方面課外輔導(dǎo)影響學(xué)校教學(xué),是應(yīng)試教育的延伸;課外輔導(dǎo)班的課程使得高中生的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)更加沉重課外輔導(dǎo)收費(fèi)高昂,給普通家庭帶來了沉重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。對(duì)高中生參加課外輔導(dǎo)存在問題進(jìn)行歸因,這涉及到的方面包括政府的監(jiān)管不力,培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)自身實(shí)力的良莠不齊,最主要的原因是學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量不佳,滿足不了學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)的教育需求。最后對(duì)于如何提升高中生參加課外輔導(dǎo)的質(zhì)量提出了建議,政府加強(qiáng)相關(guān)法制法規(guī)建,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管;培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)苦練內(nèi)功切實(shí)做到以學(xué)生為中心,因材施教,要規(guī)范自己的辦學(xué)行為,做到多元化發(fā)展;家長(zhǎng)要善于選擇,首先樹立正確的教育觀念,增強(qiáng)自主認(rèn)識(shí)分析教育現(xiàn)象的能力,切實(shí)結(jié)合家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)情況選擇課外輔導(dǎo);學(xué)校應(yīng)給予正確的指導(dǎo)。最后筆者對(duì)課外輔導(dǎo)的相關(guān)主體包括學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng),學(xué)校,課外輔導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)和政府提出了建議,希望課外輔導(dǎo)能夠健康發(fā)展,家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生作為最直接的利益相關(guān)者能夠趨利避害,真正地得到課外輔導(dǎo)的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country and the importance that families attach to education, parents are willing and able to invest in the education of their children. At the same time, with the widespread implementation of family planning, most families can only have one child. As a result, Parents are looking forward to their children, girls into the wind, do not want to succumb to people behind. In addition to trying to select a wide variety of famous schools for their children, they are reluctant to spare them every day after school, on weekends, during the winter and summer holidays, and they dare not relax in any way. This led to extracurricular tutoring industry came into being. It is normal for high school students to attend extracurricular tutoring. Does the development of extracurricular tutoring affect the stakeholders whether the harm outweighs the good or the harm outweighs the good? The understanding of extracurricular guidance, should hold a rational attitude, objective to see extracurricular guidance. On the one hand, extracurricular tutoring can teach students according to their aptitude and improve their academic performance; extracurricular tutoring can improve students' interpersonal ability and parent-child relationship; extracurricular tutoring classes can improve high school students' self-confidence. At the same time, on the other hand, extracurricular tutoring affects school teaching, which is the extension of exam-oriented education. The curriculum of extracurricular tutoring class makes the burden of learning more heavy for high school students, and brings heavy economic burden to ordinary families. The reasons for the problems in the participation of high school students in extracurricular tutoring include the poor supervision of the government and the uneven strength of training institutions. The main reason is that the quality of teaching in schools is poor. Can not meet the educational needs of students and parents. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of high school students' participation in extracurricular tutoring. The government strengthens the establishment of relevant laws and regulations, strengthens the supervision, and the training institutions work hard to be student-centered and teach students according to their aptitude. Parents should be good at choosing, first of all, they should set up a correct educational concept, strengthen their ability to independently understand and analyze the phenomenon of education, and choose extracurricular tutoring in combination with the economic situation of their families. The school should give correct guidance. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on extracurricular tutoring, including students and parents, schools, extracurricular guidance agencies and the government, hoping that extracurricular guidance can develop healthily, and parents and students as the most direct stakeholders can seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. Really get help from extracurricular tutoring.
