呼吸與呼吸作用專題的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:呼吸作用是初中科學(xué)教學(xué)的重難點(diǎn),也是初中生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的核心。呼吸是我們?nèi)祟愝^熟悉的生命活動(dòng),而呼吸作用在農(nóng)業(yè)、食品、水果保鮮等領(lǐng)域也有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。正因如此,學(xué)生對(duì)這一領(lǐng)域的學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生巨大的共鳴和興趣。因而本研究將對(duì)呼吸與呼吸作用專題進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)研究。本次教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)以建構(gòu)主義理念為框架,引入探究學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)和自主學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)模式,希望讓學(xué)生真正觸摸到科學(xué)的本質(zhì),讓他們從心底里愛(ài)上科學(xué),時(shí)時(shí)刻刻想著運(yùn)用科學(xué)。本研究主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法。其中,實(shí)驗(yàn)的開(kāi)展將是教學(xué)中的中心環(huán)節(jié)。為了配合教學(xué),筆者設(shè)計(jì)了新的實(shí)驗(yàn)(裝置),包括了新呼吸模型Ⅰ、新呼吸模型Ⅱ、新氣體交換實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅰ、新氣體交換實(shí)驗(yàn)Ⅱ、探究植物呼吸作用的新實(shí)驗(yàn)和探究酵母菌發(fā)酵的新實(shí)驗(yàn)。另外,筆者為這些新的實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)發(fā)出配套的探究活動(dòng)。有了前期的準(zhǔn)備后,筆者對(duì)本專題進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),計(jì)劃6個(gè)課時(shí)。在這些教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中,每一課時(shí)都分別有一個(gè)不同的問(wèn)題情境,在實(shí)驗(yàn)前還有幾個(gè)“熱身”的探究活動(dòng),還有許多豐富多彩的課堂活動(dòng)。而且,在課結(jié)束后,學(xué)生還可以繼續(xù)探究。最后,筆者從實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)本次研究中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和不足之處進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與反思。
[Abstract]:Respiration is the most important and difficult part in junior high school science teaching, and it is also the core of biology in junior high school. Respiration is a familiar activity of human life, and respiration is widely used in agriculture, food, fruit preservation and other fields.
