教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化視角下中學(xué)研究型教師的發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)教師教育改革的不斷發(fā)展和基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的深入,傳統(tǒng)的教師角色和教師教育教學(xué)工作在逐漸發(fā)生著深刻的改變。并且教師是教育改革的實(shí)施者和實(shí)踐者,全面推進(jìn)教育發(fā)展,那么教師的發(fā)展則是關(guān)鍵,因而教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展越來(lái)越成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和教師新的發(fā)展方向,而研究型教師這一新型角色的蓬勃興起給教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇。研究型教師是教師發(fā)展的必然階段,也成為教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展的目標(biāo)和有效途徑。當(dāng)前,新課改的實(shí)施滲透到各個(gè)中學(xué)的發(fā)展之中,并且科研興校、科研興教的理念在大力提倡,因此中學(xué)研究型教師的發(fā)展就顯得尤為重要和具有重大意義。首先,從當(dāng)前基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革和教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展角度出發(fā),提出中學(xué)研究型教師發(fā)展的必要性和深刻意義,一方面是傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)型教師面臨著基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),另一方面是教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展對(duì)研究型教師這一新型角色的需要。并在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析和歸納,來(lái)探討了研究型教師的豐富含義,剖析了中學(xué)研究型教師所具備的特征及所進(jìn)行的科研活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)。其次,論文從教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),以陜西省安康市市區(qū)三所中學(xué)為例,以文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法為主要研究方法,對(duì)該地區(qū)的中學(xué)研究型教師的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行一個(gè)實(shí)際的調(diào)查。調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)研究型教師的發(fā)展存在諸多問(wèn)題,主要圍繞著研究型教師與科研之間的緊密聯(lián)系來(lái)探討存在的問(wèn)題,并且分析存在問(wèn)題的主要原因,主觀原因有,對(duì)教育科研的認(rèn)識(shí)不足;教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)的偏低;教師的職業(yè)倦怠心理;客觀原因有,應(yīng)試教育思想的不利影響;教師培訓(xùn)存在的弊端;教育科研缺乏學(xué)校的重視;地方教育部門(mén)支持力度不夠。最后,分別從教師自身的發(fā)展、學(xué)校應(yīng)給予的支持和重視、完善合理的教育科研保障機(jī)制這三個(gè)角度來(lái)進(jìn)行具體的闡述,提出有關(guān)如何促進(jìn)中學(xué)研究型教師發(fā)展的具體策略,以期對(duì)中學(xué)研究型教師的發(fā)展和教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化水平的提高提供有益啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of teacher education reform and the deepening of basic education curriculum reform, the traditional role of teachers and teacher education teaching work has gradually undergone profound changes. And teachers are the implementers and practitioners of educational reform, so the development of teachers is the key to promote the development of education in an all-round way. Therefore, the professional development of teachers has become the focus of attention and the new direction of teachers' development. The booming role of research teachers brings opportunities to the professional development of teachers. Research teacher is the inevitable stage of teacher development, and also becomes the goal and effective way of teacher professional development. At present, the implementation of the new curriculum reform permeates into the development of each middle school, and the idea of developing the school through scientific research is strongly advocated, so the development of the research teachers in the middle school is particularly important and of great significance. First of all, from the angle of the current basic education curriculum reform and teachers' professional development, this paper puts forward the necessity and profound significance of the development of research-oriented teachers in middle schools. On the one hand, the traditional experiential teachers are facing the challenges brought by the reform of the basic education curriculum. On the other hand, teachers' professional development needs the new role of research teachers. On this basis, through the analysis and induction of the literature at home and abroad, this paper discusses the rich meaning of research-oriented teachers, analyzes the characteristics of research-oriented teachers in middle schools and the characteristics of their scientific research activities. Secondly, from the perspective of teachers' professional development, this paper takes three middle schools in Ankang City, Shaanxi Province as an example, takes literature research method and questionnaire method as the main research method. This paper makes a practical investigation on the development of middle school research teachers in this area. The investigation found that there are many problems in the development of research-oriented teachers, mainly focusing on the close relationship between research-based teachers and scientific research, and analyzing the main causes of the problems, subjective reasons, Lack of understanding of educational scientific research; low professional quality of teachers; teachers' job burnout psychology; objective reasons, adverse effects of examination-oriented education thoughts; shortcomings of teacher training; lack of attention to educational scientific research in schools; The support of local education department is not enough. Finally, from the teacher's own development, the school should give the support and the attention, consummates the reasonable education scientific research safeguard mechanism these three angles carries on the concrete elaboration, puts forward the concrete strategy about how to promote the middle school research teacher's development. In order to provide beneficial enlightenment to the development of middle school research teachers and the improvement of teachers' professional level.
