思想品德課教學(xué)中初中生法律意識培養(yǎng)實(shí)效性研究

【摘要】:法律素養(yǎng)是初中生全面素質(zhì)的重要構(gòu)成。經(jīng)過二十多年的初中生全面普法教育工作,學(xué)校的法制教育成效顯著,初中生的法律意識得到明顯的提高,學(xué)校在培養(yǎng)初中生法律意識方面成果豐碩。思想品德課教育對初中生法律意識培養(yǎng)承擔(dān)著無可替代的重任。通過對思想品德課的學(xué)習(xí),幫助學(xué)生了解法律的基本常識和法律的相關(guān)規(guī)則,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)初中生的法律意識。加強(qiáng)思想品德課教學(xué)中的法制教育,培養(yǎng)初中生的法律意識,有利于初中生的健康成長,有利于培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的合格公民,有利于法治社會(huì)的建立。在“依法治國”基本方略的指導(dǎo)下,增強(qiáng)思想品德課教學(xué)中初中生法律意識的培養(yǎng)刻不容緩。但是,在初中思想品德課教學(xué)中,初中生法律意識的培養(yǎng)依然存在著諸多的問題。表現(xiàn)為:初中生對法律的基本常識掌握的較少,學(xué)生的法制觀念沒有樹立;素質(zhì)教育并沒有得到很好的執(zhí)行,教師教學(xué)目標(biāo)不明確;法學(xué)專業(yè)出身的思想品德課教師相對較少,導(dǎo)致教學(xué)效果不佳;教師教學(xué)方式方法相對陳舊,不懂得靈活應(yīng)用;在教育教學(xué)中教學(xué)實(shí)踐沒有得到足夠的重視,以致于知行脫節(jié)。為了彌補(bǔ)思想品德課教學(xué)中初中生法律意識培養(yǎng)中存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),思想品德課教師應(yīng)該了解法律意識的基本內(nèi)涵,了解初中生法律意識的內(nèi)部構(gòu)成。教師在增強(qiáng)初中生法律意識培養(yǎng)的過程中,首先應(yīng)該明確思想品德課培養(yǎng)初中生法律意識的教學(xué)目標(biāo),確立教學(xué)的基本理念;牢牢把握課本,精心制訂教學(xué)計(jì)劃。拓展思想品德課培養(yǎng)初中生法律意識的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,充分利用教材的課程資源與積極的社會(huì)資源;在教學(xué)評價(jià)中充分利用多種方式方法科學(xué)評估,進(jìn)而提高初中生的法律意識。教師要靈活運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)手段,來調(diào)動(dòng)初中生的課堂積極性。與此同時(shí),教師要不斷加強(qiáng)自身對法律知識的學(xué)習(xí),從而提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。要堅(jiān)持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,使初中生既能掌握好書本理論知識,又注重思想品德課教學(xué)中法律意識培養(yǎng)的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,從而增強(qiáng)初中生的法律意識。
[Abstract]:Legal literacy is an important component of junior high school students' overall quality. After more than 20 years of comprehensive legal education for junior high school students, the legal system education in schools has achieved remarkable results, and the legal awareness of junior high school students has been obviously improved, and the school has achieved fruitful results in cultivating junior high school students' legal awareness. Ideological and moral education plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of junior high school students' legal consciousness. Through the study of ideological and moral course, help students to understand the basic knowledge of the law and the relevant rules of the law, and then enhance the junior high school students' legal awareness. Strengthening the legal education in the course of ideological and moral education and cultivating the legal consciousness of junior high school students are conducive to the healthy growth of junior high school students, to the cultivation of qualified citizens of socialist modernization and to the establishment of a society governed by law. Under the guidance of the basic strategy of "governing the country by law", it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of junior high school students' legal consciousness in the course of ideological and moral education. However, there are still many problems in the training of junior high school students'legal consciousness. They are as follows: junior high school students have less general knowledge of the law, students have not set up the concept of legal system, quality education has not been carried out well, the teaching objectives of teachers are not clear, and there are relatively few ideological and moral teachers coming from law major. As a result, the teaching effect is not good; the teachers' teaching methods and methods are relatively old, and they do not know how to apply them flexibly; the teaching practice in education and teaching is not paid enough attention to, resulting in the disconnection between knowledge and practice. In order to make up for the weak links in the cultivation of junior high school students' legal consciousness in the teaching of ideological and moral education, teachers of ideological and moral education should understand the basic connotation of legal consciousness and understand the internal composition of the legal consciousness of junior high school students. In the process of strengthening junior high school students' legal consciousness, teachers should first of all make clear the teaching goal of cultivating junior high school students' legal consciousness in ideological and moral education, establish the basic teaching idea, firmly grasp the textbook, and elaborate the teaching plan. To develop the teaching content of legal consciousness of junior high school students in ideological and moral course, to make full use of the curriculum resources and positive social resources of teaching materials, and to make full use of various ways and methods of scientific evaluation in teaching evaluation, and then to improve the legal consciousness of junior high school students. Teachers should use a variety of teaching methods flexibly to mobilize the enthusiasm of junior high school students. At the same time, teachers should constantly strengthen their own legal knowledge to improve the quality of teaching. It is necessary to persist in integrating theory with practice so that junior high school students can master the knowledge of book theory and pay attention to the teaching practice of cultivating legal consciousness in ideological and moral teaching so as to strengthen the legal consciousness of junior high school students.
