【摘要】：《新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》指出,在高中階段,思想政治課是以社會發(fā)展為背景培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形成正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科。高中思想政治課程的教學(xué)管理,是該學(xué)科教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量水平得以長效增長和健康發(fā)展的最基本保障。信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展使整個社會刷新了整個社會的思想觀念,也改變了現(xiàn)階段教師教學(xué)和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的大環(huán)境,教與學(xué)的方式已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大的變革。同時,隨著現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程不斷加速,整個社會的道德體系、價值體系、法制體系也在不斷更新健全,教學(xué)內(nèi)容在人們的社會實(shí)踐活動的推動下不斷更新,因此,作為保障機(jī)制的教育教學(xué)管理體系也應(yīng)該得到相應(yīng)的發(fā)展和完善。當(dāng)前,高中思想政治課教育教學(xué)管理,以教學(xué)目標(biāo)管理、教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)管理、教學(xué)事件管理為主要抓手,制定具體的管理辦法;結(jié)合教師評價機(jī)制、載體管理機(jī)制以及相關(guān)的學(xué)科管理制度等手段作用于教育教學(xué)的整個過程。其理論模式相對完整,但是具體內(nèi)容缺乏精細(xì)和科學(xué)的統(tǒng)籌。本文以分析高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理理論傳統(tǒng)沿革為基礎(chǔ),緊密結(jié)合時代發(fā)展的步伐,以教育管理學(xué)視角探究高中思想政治課涉及到的主體、客體、載體三個方面的優(yōu)化措施。其中,管理的主體為學(xué)校教務(wù)管理部門和思想政治課教師;管理的客體為思想政治課程、教師、學(xué)生;而管理的載體為思想政治教育教學(xué)管理相關(guān)的管理制度。藉此探索高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理理論體系中存在的提升空間,在已有管理體系的基礎(chǔ)上嘗試構(gòu)建更加適應(yīng)于當(dāng)前時代背景的高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理體系,最終通過創(chuàng)新,提出可行的思想政治課教學(xué)管理模式。通過研究,一方面使思想政治教育更為學(xué)科化和科學(xué)化,另一面優(yōu)化思想政治課教學(xué)管理的長效機(jī)制,對提升學(xué)生思想教育與時代相適應(yīng),與社會主義核心價值觀相契合具有重要意義,也為今后的思想政治教育工作提供一定的理論參考。文章從五個方面展開論述,第一部分重點(diǎn)闡述高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理的內(nèi)涵與意義;第二部分重點(diǎn)闡述高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理的內(nèi)容與原則;第三部分描述高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理的方法和手段;第四部分著重分析高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理成效的影響因素;第五部分在前述的基礎(chǔ)上提出了加強(qiáng)高中思想政治課教學(xué)管理的對策及建議。
[Abstract]:The New Curriculum Standard points out that in the senior middle school stage, the ideological and political course is a basic subject that trains students to form correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values with the background of social development. The teaching management of the high school ideological and political course is the most basic guarantee for the long-term growth and healthy development of the quality of the subject's education and teaching. With the rapid development of information technology, the whole society has refreshed the ideology of the whole society, and has also changed the general environment of teachers' teaching and students' study at the present stage. The way of teaching and learning has undergone tremendous changes. At the same time, with the acceleration of the modernization process, the moral system, value system and legal system of the whole society are constantly updated and perfected, and the teaching contents are constantly updated under the impetus of people's social practice. The educational and teaching management system, as a guarantee mechanism, should be developed and perfected accordingly. At present, the teaching management of ideological and political course in senior high school mainly focuses on teaching objective management, teaching link management and teaching event management, and formulates concrete management methods, combining with teacher evaluation mechanism, Carrier management mechanism and related discipline management system affect the whole process of education and teaching. Its theoretical model is relatively complete, but the concrete content lacks the fine and scientific overall plan. Based on the analysis of the evolution of the theory of ideological and political teaching management in senior high school, this paper closely combines with the pace of the development of the times and explores the optimization measures of the subject, object and carrier of the ideological and political course in senior high school from the perspective of educational management. Among them, the main body of management is the school educational administration department and the ideological and political course teachers; the object of management is the ideological and political curriculum, teachers, students; and the carrier of management is the management system related to the teaching management of ideological and political education. In order to explore the high school ideological and political course teaching management theory system exist in the promotion space, on the basis of the existing management system to try to build a more suitable for the current era of high school ideological and political course teaching management system, and finally through innovation. The feasible teaching management mode of ideological and political course is put forward. Through research, on the one hand, make ideological and political education more disciplinary and scientific, on the other hand, optimize the long-term mechanism of ideological and political course teaching management, to promote students' ideological education to adapt to the times. It is of great significance to fit with the socialist core values and to provide a certain theoretical reference for the ideological and political education in the future. The first part focuses on the connotation and significance of the teaching management of high school ideological and political course, the second part focuses on the content and principle of the teaching management of high school ideological and political lesson. The third part describes the methods and means of high school ideological and political course teaching management, the fourth part focuses on the analysis of high school ideological and political course teaching management effect factors; The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the teaching management of ideological and political course in senior high school.
