【摘要】：俗話說“一個好校長就是一所好學校”。隨著我國素質教育的深入推行與新課程改革的縱深推進,好校長的衡量標準在今天正在發(fā)生新的變化。過去,衡量一個校長是不是好校長,主要是看校長的學校管理水平,包括學校管理體制的改革和管理機制的創(chuàng)新以及對學校人、財、物、事的具體管理。今天,教育改革的深化發(fā)展呼喚教育家辦學,尤其是要求校長行為由行政管理向教學領導轉軌�？梢哉f,如果一個校長不能在教學領導上有所作為,那么他就不可能成為真正的教育家,也談不上教育家辦學。但是,現(xiàn)實中的校長是如何領導教學呢?存在一些問題呢?如何提高校長的教學領導水平呢?正是出于這些疑問,筆者選取校長教學領導行為作為論文選題開展研究,旨在實證調查的基礎上揭示中學校長教學領導行為的現(xiàn)狀與問題,并尋求改進的方法策略。本研究在梳理相關學術文獻的基礎上,借鑒現(xiàn)有的校長領導行為測評量表,在江西省九江市隨機選取若干所中學開展問卷調查,并在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎上發(fā)現(xiàn)當前中學校長教學領導行為主要存在這樣幾方面的問題:一是當前中學校長教學領導行為的總體狀況不容樂觀;二是中學校長教學領導行為缺乏教師與學生立場;三是中學校長的教學領導行為對德育不夠重視;四是中學校長教學領導行為的有效性受學校規(guī)模影響較大;五是中學校長的教學領導行為缺乏上級教育領導者的引領。進而,筆者從以下三個層面探討改善中學校長教學領導行為的對策建議:第一,中學校長教學領導行為的改善應尋求新型領導理論的指導。具體而言,道德領導和教學領導是中學校長改善教學領導行為可資借鑒的兩種理論。第二,中學校長必須立足教學改革的內在要求而改善自身的教學領導行為,其中尤其要加強課程意識、重視教研組和年級組建設、合理規(guī)劃學校規(guī)模、重視學校文化創(chuàng)新。第三,應有科學的評價制度來引導中學校長切實重視德育工作的領導,從而真正落實和踐行“立德樹人”的教育理念。
[Abstract]:As the saying goes, "A good headmaster is a good school." With the deepening implementation of quality education in our country and the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the measurement standards of good principals are undergoing new changes today. In the past, whether a principal is a good principal was mainly judged by the school management level of the principal, including the reform of the school management system and the innovation of the management mechanism, as well as the concrete management of the school people, wealth, goods and affairs. Today, the deepening development of educational reform calls for educators to run a school, especially for the principal to change his behavior from administration to teaching leadership. It can be said that if a principal can not make a difference in teaching leadership, then he cannot become a true educator, nor can he run a school by an educator. But how does the principal lead the teaching in reality? Are there some problems? How to improve the principal's teaching leadership? It is out of these doubts that the author chooses the principal's teaching leadership behavior as the thesis topic to carry on the research, aims at revealing the present situation and the question of the middle school principals' teaching leadership behavior on the basis of the empirical investigation, and seeks for the improvement method strategy. On the basis of combing the relevant academic literature and referring to the existing principal leadership behavior evaluation scale, this study selected a number of random middle schools in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, to carry out a questionnaire survey. And on the basis of the analysis of data, it is found that there are such problems in the current teaching leadership behavior of middle school principals: first, the overall situation of the current teaching leadership behavior of middle school principals is not optimistic; The second is the lack of teachers' and students' stand on the teaching leadership behavior of the middle school principals, the third is that the middle school principals' teaching leadership behavior does not pay enough attention to the moral education, the fourth is that the effectiveness of the middle school principals' teaching leadership behavior is greatly affected by the scale of the schools. Fifth, the middle school principal's teaching leadership behavior lacks the superior education leader's guidance. Then, the author probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teaching leadership behavior of middle school principals from the following three aspects: first, the improvement of middle school principals' teaching leadership behavior should seek the guidance of the new leadership theory. Specifically, moral leadership and teaching leadership are two theories that can be used for reference by middle school principals to improve their teaching leadership behavior. Second, middle school principals must improve their teaching leadership behavior based on the inherent requirements of teaching reform, especially to strengthen curriculum awareness, pay attention to the construction of teaching and research groups and grade groups, rationally plan the scale of schools, and attach importance to the innovation of school culture. Third, there should be a scientific evaluation system to guide middle school principals to attach importance to the leadership of moral education, so as to truly implement and practice the educational concept of "establishing morality and building people".
