中學(xué)體育教學(xué)中開展素質(zhì)拓展的策略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國"新課改"的全面實施,各類課程均走上了不同程度的改革之路。而中學(xué)體育作為促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康發(fā)展的的基本途徑,其創(chuàng)新之路自然受到了高度的重視。特別是在這個日新月異,變化萬千的經(jīng)濟全球化時代,人類在物質(zhì)文化平飛速提高的同時,開始更加的注重精神文化層面的提高,“健康第一”成為人類共同的追求。因此中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的改革也因以此為重點,摒棄只發(fā)展身體素質(zhì),開發(fā)以學(xué)生為主體,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極參與、啟發(fā)學(xué)生思考、提高學(xué)生興趣度使身心都能夠全面發(fā)展的教學(xué)模式。以素質(zhì)拓展目前的發(fā)展形勢來看,主要流行于企業(yè)以及高校之間。然而它帶有健身性、趣味性、思考性的訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容在很大一定程度上與中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)一致,因而把它作為一種延伸,不僅能夠彌補傳統(tǒng)體育教學(xué)的不足,同時也是學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育的一種有益嘗試。更何況目前迫于升學(xué)及各方面的壓力,多數(shù)中學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)交往中由于習(xí)慣、心理狀態(tài)、社會環(huán)境、和性格等方面的不同都很容易產(chǎn)生各種心理負(fù)擔(dān)及負(fù)面情緒,直接影響健康。所以在這個年齡段給他們提供一定的素質(zhì)拓展訓(xùn)練,在體驗式的教學(xué)中學(xué)會參與、分析、討論、總結(jié),從結(jié)果中比照自身以促進(jìn)身心的發(fā)展。但由于素質(zhì)拓展在中學(xué)的普及度不高,在教學(xué)內(nèi)容、場地設(shè)置、教師素養(yǎng)、課時安排上都顯得很不成熟,需要改進(jìn)和完善的方面還有很多。因此本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法對當(dāng)前我國中學(xué)體育課存在問題,及素質(zhì)拓展在中學(xué)體育教學(xué)中的理論與實踐依據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。研究表明素質(zhì)拓展引入中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)實問題主要有場地器械投入不足、教師教學(xué)能力不足、教學(xué)大綱不明確,授課內(nèi)容安排不合理、學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)壓力大、學(xué)校及家長在認(rèn)識上的偏差、教學(xué)評價欠缺有效性。并針對該類問題提出了加大資金投入,共建訓(xùn)練基地、加緊師資隊伍專業(yè)化的培訓(xùn)、設(shè)立科學(xué)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)、學(xué)校切實落實“減負(fù)”、開展多種宣傳形式、完善教學(xué)評價的解決策略。通過研究筆者認(rèn)為素質(zhì)拓展的開展能彌補體育教學(xué)的不足,它不僅是體育課程在教學(xué)上的創(chuàng)新,還能促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。建議在課程實施中采用多變的組織形式,教師要注意適度改革的同時做好充分的課前準(zhǔn)備及安全引導(dǎo)工作。旨在改革中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的道路上貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。
[Abstract]:With the full implementation of the new curriculum reform in China, all kinds of courses have embarked on the road of different degrees of reform. As a basic way to promote the healthy development of students, the innovation of PE in middle school has been attached great importance to. Especially in the era of economic globalization, which changes with each passing day, human beings begin to pay more attention to the improvement of spiritual and cultural level, and "health first" becomes the common pursuit of mankind. Therefore, the reform of physical education teaching in middle school is based on this, and we should abandon the teaching mode that only develops physical quality, develops students as the main body, guides students to participate actively, enlightens students to think, and improves students' interest degree so that they can develop both physically and mentally in an all-round way. In view of the current development situation of quality expansion, it is popular among enterprises and universities. However, the training contents of fitness, interest and thinking are consistent with the teaching goal of physical education in middle school to a great extent, so it can not only make up for the deficiency of traditional physical education, but also take it as an extension. At the same time, it is also a beneficial attempt of quality education in schools. Moreover, at present, due to the pressure of higher education and various aspects, most middle school students have different habits, psychological state, social environment, and personality, which can easily produce various psychological burdens and negative emotions, which directly affect their health. Therefore, at this age, they are provided with certain quality development training, and learn to participate, analyze, discuss, summarize and compare the results to promote the development of body and mind in the experiential teaching. But because the quality development in the middle school popularization degree is not high, in the teaching content, the venue establishment, the teacher accomplishment, the class time arrangement all appear very immature, the need for improvement and the consummation aspect still has a lot of. Therefore, through the methods of literature, expert interview and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the existing problems of physical education in middle schools in our country, and the theoretical and practical basis of quality expansion in physical education teaching in middle schools. The research shows that the practical problems of quality expansion in middle school physical education include insufficient input of facilities, insufficient teaching ability of teachers, unclear syllabus, unreasonable arrangement of teaching contents, and great pressure on students' studies. School and parents in the understanding of deviation, teaching evaluation lack of effectiveness. Aiming at this kind of problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing the investment of funds, establishing training bases, strengthening the specialized training of teachers, setting up scientific teaching contents and objectives, implementing "reducing burden" in schools, and carrying out various forms of propaganda. Perfect the solution strategy of teaching evaluation. The author thinks that the development of quality development can make up for the deficiency of physical education teaching, it is not only the innovation of physical education course in teaching, but also can promote the all-round development of students. It is suggested that the curriculum should be organized in a changeable form, and teachers should pay attention to the moderate reform and make adequate pre-class preparation and safety guidance work at the same time. Aims to reform the middle school physical education on the road to contribute a force.
