初中數(shù)學(xué)小組互助合作學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:在科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,個(gè)人的能力是微乎其微的,想要取得成功,必須要團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。合作能力往往比知識(shí)更重要,在素質(zhì)教育中,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的“合作”意識(shí)和能力顯得尤為重要。小組合作學(xué)習(xí)能順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展,在教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作能力,為學(xué)生的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展打下基礎(chǔ),并且還能大大提高數(shù)學(xué)課堂的教學(xué)效果,教師也能因此得到一定程度的“解放”,所以數(shù)學(xué)課堂教學(xué)時(shí)采用小組合作學(xué)習(xí)是必要的。通過對(duì)我校小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的調(diào)查和聽課學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)今數(shù)學(xué)課堂中的小組合作學(xué)習(xí)還很不完善,在具體操作過程中還存在著很多問題,諸如小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中,學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)差,教師不明白合作的意義,合作時(shí)過于強(qiáng)調(diào)形式,在合作中沒有起到主導(dǎo)者和合作者的作用等。本文以小組互助合作在初中數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐為研究?jī)?nèi)容,通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談、案例分析等研究方法,開展了以下四個(gè)方面的研究工作:(1)調(diào)查數(shù)學(xué)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中存在的問題,并分析其原因;(2)探索數(shù)學(xué)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)化的教學(xué)策略;(3)探討數(shù)學(xué)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)有效的方案;(4)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中進(jìn)行優(yōu)化小組互組合作學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐,檢驗(yàn)并分析其效果。通過對(duì)教學(xué)實(shí)踐結(jié)果的分析,本文得出了以下的結(jié)論:數(shù)學(xué)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)模式相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì);數(shù)學(xué)小組合作的差異影響學(xué)生的自信心,學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣等;不同班級(jí)在相同年級(jí)段,數(shù)學(xué)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)存在差異性,而優(yōu)化合作學(xué)習(xí)策略,改進(jìn)合作學(xué)習(xí)方案,能達(dá)成高效小組合作學(xué)習(xí);相同班級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)小組合作在不同年級(jí)段,學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)排名相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,沒有造成顯著變化。針對(duì)以上結(jié)論,本文提出了若干建議,希望能對(duì)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的理論與實(shí)踐有所發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of science and technology, the ability of individuals is minimal. To succeed, team work is necessary. Cooperative ability is often more important than knowledge. In quality education, it is very important to cultivate students'"cooperation" consciousness and ability. Group cooperative learning can adapt to the development of the times, train students' cooperative ability in teaching, lay the foundation for students' sustainable development, and also greatly improve the teaching effect of mathematics classroom. Therefore, it is necessary to use group cooperative learning in mathematics classroom teaching. Through the investigation of group cooperative learning and class learning in our school, it is found that the group cooperative learning in mathematics classroom is still not perfect, and there are still many problems in the concrete operation process, such as group cooperative learning. Students' awareness of cooperation is poor, teachers do not understand the significance of cooperation, cooperation is too much emphasis on form, in the cooperation did not play the role of leader and cooperator, and so on. This paper takes the practice of group mutual assistance and cooperation in mathematics teaching in junior high school as the research content, through questionnaire survey, interview, case analysis and other research methods. The following four aspects of research work were carried out: 1) to investigate the problems existing in the cooperative learning of mathematics groups, The author also analyzes the reasons why the teaching strategy of optimizing the cooperative learning of mathematical groups is discussed. 3) the effective scheme of cooperative learning in mathematics groups is discussed. 4) in mathematics teaching, the practice of optimizing cooperative learning among groups of groups is carried out, and its effect is tested and analyzed. By analyzing the results of teaching practice, this paper draws the following conclusions: the mathematical group cooperative learning model has significant advantages over the traditional teaching model, the difference of mathematical group cooperation affects the students' self-confidence, learning habits, and so on. Different classes in the same grade stage, there are differences in cooperative learning in mathematics groups, but optimizing cooperative learning strategies and improving cooperative learning programs can achieve efficient cooperative learning in small groups, while in different grades in the same class, mathematical groups in the same class can cooperate in different grades. Academic performance ranking is relatively stable, no significant change. In view of the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions, hoping to develop the theory and practice of group cooperative learning.
