“國培計(jì)劃”背景下籃球特色課間操創(chuàng)編理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:2010年7月,教育部、財(cái)政部召開了全國中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)暨“國培計(jì)劃”啟動(dòng)工作會(huì)議,此次會(huì)議對(duì)貫徹落實(shí)全國教育工作會(huì)議和教育規(guī)劃綱要,對(duì)中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)工作進(jìn)行了部署,并對(duì)“國培計(jì)劃”實(shí)施工作作出安排。長(zhǎng)期以來,大課間在中小學(xué)體育教育中發(fā)揮了重要作用,隨著中小學(xué)體育變革的不斷推進(jìn),中小學(xué)傳統(tǒng)大課間顯得尤為重要。由成都體育學(xué)院體操教研室創(chuàng)編的籃球特色課間操便在新的教育改革形勢(shì)及新時(shí)期教育思想要求的大背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、比較分析法等方法,在“國培計(jì)劃“背景下積極探索創(chuàng)編籃球特色課間操,并形成籃球系列特色課間操創(chuàng)編理論框架以及實(shí)踐套路。旨在豐富中小學(xué)校大課間內(nèi)容,提高學(xué)生參與體育鍛煉的積極性,增強(qiáng)練習(xí)學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)中小學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。研究結(jié)果顯示:一、本研究以籃球特色課間操的創(chuàng)編為內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建出同樣適用于其他項(xiàng)目特色課間操創(chuàng)編的以創(chuàng)編理論、創(chuàng)編實(shí)踐、成果檢驗(yàn)等“三步走”的創(chuàng)編思路。二、籃球系列特色課間操創(chuàng)編理論與實(shí)踐存在共性,三套籃球特色課間操的創(chuàng)編思路保持高度的一致,成套動(dòng)作編排科學(xué)合理,符合中小學(xué)生年齡特點(diǎn)。動(dòng)作選取以籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的核心技戰(zhàn)術(shù)為素材。音樂選取上符合中小學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn)。三、籃球特色課間操創(chuàng)編實(shí)踐存在差異性。高段籃球特色課間操較低段動(dòng)作形式豐富,內(nèi)容更復(fù)雜,節(jié)奏更快,強(qiáng)度較大,兩人配合動(dòng)作較多。低段多用于小學(xué)階段大課間,高段多用于中學(xué)階段學(xué)生的大課間。籃球?qū)m?xiàng)身體素質(zhì)特色課間操分為熱身、運(yùn)動(dòng)、素質(zhì)、放松四部分,在時(shí)間、強(qiáng)度、復(fù)雜程度上都要更高一籌,多用于籃球校隊(duì)訓(xùn)練熱身、素質(zhì)練習(xí)或基礎(chǔ)較好的中學(xué)生。建議:籃球特色課間操的編排應(yīng)將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,多考慮推廣價(jià)值與開展難度,條件不允許的可將其轉(zhuǎn)化為徒手籃球特色操,減小開展的阻力和難度。同時(shí)中小學(xué)校要大膽嘗試,通過國培計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,在實(shí)施過程中所遇問題積極與創(chuàng)編團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通或進(jìn)行二度創(chuàng)作、優(yōu)化籃球特色課間操創(chuàng)編形式,形成理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)理論的可持續(xù)發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:In July 2010, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance convened a national conference on the training of primary and secondary school teachers and the launching of the "National Education Plan", which was aimed at the implementation of the National Conference on Education work and the outline of the Education Plan. The training of primary and middle school teachers is planned, and the implementation of the "national training plan" is arranged. For a long time, large class has played an important role in physical education in primary and secondary schools. With the continuous promotion of sports reform in primary and secondary schools, the traditional large class in primary and secondary schools appears to be particularly important. Under the background of the new situation of educational reform and the requirements of educational thought in the new era, the basketball characteristic class exercise, which was created by the gymnastic teaching and research department of Chengdu Institute of physical Education, has emerged as the times require. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, comparative analysis and so on, this study actively explored the creation of basketball special class exercises under the background of "National training Program", and formed the theoretical framework and practical routine of basketball series special class exercises. The purpose of this paper is to enrich the contents of large class in primary and middle schools, to improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise, to strengthen the physical quality of students, and to cultivate the spirit of teamwork among them. The results show that: first, this study takes the creation of basketball class exercises as the content, and constructs a "three-step" creation-making train of thought, which is also suitable for the creation of special class exercises in other items, such as creative-editing theory, creating-editing practice, and test of achievements. Second, the theory and practice of the creation and compilation of the special class exercises of basketball series are in common, the creative ideas of the three sets of special classes of basketball exercises remain highly consistent, and the arrangement of the complete sets of movements is scientific and reasonable, which accords with the characteristics of the age of the primary and middle school students. The action selection takes the basketball core technique and tactics as the material. Music selection accords with the physical and mental characteristics of primary and middle school students. Third, there are differences in the practice of creating exercises between classes with basketball characteristics. The characteristic exercises in the high level basketball class are rich in form, more complex in content, faster in rhythm, stronger in intensity, and more in coordination with each other. The lower stage is mostly used in the primary stage and the high stage is used in the middle school stage. Basketball special physical fitness class is divided into four parts: warm-up, exercise, quality, relaxation. In time, intensity and complexity, it should be more advanced. It is used in basketball school team training, quality training or good foundation of middle school students. It is suggested that the arrangement of basketball characteristic exercises should combine theory with practice, and consider the value of popularization and the difficulty of carrying out more. If the conditions do not permit, it can be transformed into the characteristic exercise of basketball with bare hands, so as to reduce the resistance and difficulty of carrying out. At the same time, primary and secondary schools should make bold attempts to actively communicate with the creators and creators or create the second creation through the projects of the National Education Program, optimize the form of creative exercises between classes with basketball characteristics, and form a theoretical guidance for practice. Practice tests the theory of sustainable development.
