高中生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃在生物教學中的實施研究

【摘要】:社會發(fā)展越來越要求個人具備職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的能力與知識。而在西方發(fā)達國家職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的研究已有相應理論及實施體系并已延伸到普通高中。在我國職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃研究起步較晚,且大多集中在高等教育階段,而普通高中更多地肩負著為高校輸送合格新生的重任,這樣以成績?yōu)閷虻慕逃沟脤W生的綜合素質發(fā)展尤其是職業(yè)發(fā)展能力的培養(yǎng)受到忽視。近年來隨著高考改革的步步推進,越來越多的人認識到學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃能力的重要性,對高中生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的研究逐漸增多。而在高考導向的教育現(xiàn)狀下,在高中階段實施專門的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃仍面臨課時緊張,師資缺乏等問題。因此,高中生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃在學科教學中的實施是行之有效且不可或缺的部分。相比其他科目,高中生物學科具有與生產生活聯(lián)系緊密的獨特優(yōu)勢,人教版高中生物教材也提供了可在教學中展開高中生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的內容。而從對高中生物教師實施職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)狀調查可見:高中生物老師普遍有教授學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃知識的愿望,但落實到行動中卻仍面臨難題:首先是課時不足不利于教學任務的完成,其次是老師的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃知識欠缺。從對高中學生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀調查可見:學生對自我的了解不深,對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃知識了解不夠;而與此相反的卻是學生對從生物教學中了解職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的知識有一定訴求。有學者對生物教材內容涉及的職業(yè)生涯知識作了歸納,但是對材料的具體運用及實施途徑的研究較少。本文基于對生物教學中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的實施現(xiàn)狀調查,提出高中生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃在生物教學中實施的必要性、實施職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的原則及適合現(xiàn)階段學校教育中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的實施途徑;并提供具體教學案例:在《細胞的癌變》中通過講授法呈現(xiàn)醫(yī)院檢驗師這一職業(yè);在《遺傳物質的攜帶者——核酸》的教學中,拓展多種職業(yè)如醫(yī)務工作者、生物學家、警察、保健品開發(fā)者等,在提高學生學習興趣同時深化其對職業(yè)生涯的規(guī)劃;在《細胞膜流動鑲嵌模型》的教學中,通過角色扮演來讓學生掌握科學知識的基礎上親身體驗科學家、生物教師這兩種職業(yè),促使他們去思考自己將來的職業(yè),以及與現(xiàn)在的學習聯(lián)系,獲得更多學習動力。通過此次研究為職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃在生物學科教學中的實施積累一些實踐經驗。最后提出一些改進生物教材中職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相關內容的建議,以及對高中生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃更系統(tǒng)進行的建議。希望由此營造重視職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的氛圍,引起社會各界的重視,從而培養(yǎng)出具有自我探索意識、終身學習能力及自我規(guī)劃能力的社會主義接班人。
[Abstract]:Social development increasingly requires individuals to have the ability and knowledge of career planning. However, the research on career planning in western developed countries has been carried out in relevant theories and systems, and has been extended to ordinary senior high schools. In our country, the study of career planning started relatively late, and mostly concentrated in the stage of higher education, while the ordinary high school more shouldered the important task of transporting qualified new students to colleges and universities. In this way, the achievement-oriented education neglects the development of students' comprehensive quality, especially the development of their professional development ability. In recent years, with the reform of college entrance examination advancing step by step, more and more people realize the importance of students' career planning ability, and the research on high school students' career planning is increasing gradually. However, under the current situation of college entrance examination-oriented education, the implementation of special career planning in senior high school is still faced with problems such as tight class hours and lack of teachers. Therefore, the implementation of high school students' career planning in subject teaching is an effective and indispensable part. Compared with other subjects, senior high school biology has the unique advantage of being closely related to production and life, and the personal education version of high school biology textbook also provides the content of high school students' career planning in teaching. From the survey of the current situation of implementing career planning for senior high school biology teachers, it can be seen that high school biology teachers generally have the desire to teach students' knowledge of career planning. However, the implementation of the action is still faced with problems: first, insufficient class time is not conducive to the completion of teaching tasks, and secondly, teachers lack of knowledge about career planning. From the survey of the current situation of career planning of senior high school students, it can be seen that the students do not have a deep understanding of themselves and do not have enough knowledge of career planning; On the contrary, students have a certain demand to know the knowledge of career planning from biology teaching. Some scholars have summarized the knowledge of career involved in the content of biology textbook, but there are few researches on the concrete application of the materials and the ways to implement them. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the implementation of career planning in biology teaching, this paper puts forward the necessity of the implementation of career planning in biology teaching for senior high school students. The principles of implementing career planning and the ways of implementing career planning are suitable for the present school education, and the specific teaching cases are provided as follows: the profession of hospital examiner is presented by teaching method in canceration of cells. In the teaching of "carriers of genetic material-nucleic acid", we should expand a variety of professions such as medical workers, biologists, police officers, health products developers and so on, in order to enhance students' interest in learning and deepen their career planning; In the teaching of membrane flow mosaic model, students can experience the two professions of scientists and biology teachers on the basis of their scientific knowledge through role-playing, and urge them to think about their future careers. And with the current learning links, to obtain more learning motivation. This study accumulates some practical experience for the implementation of career planning in biology teaching. Finally, some suggestions on how to improve the relevant contents of career planning in biology textbooks are put forward, as well as some suggestions on how to carry out more systematic career planning for senior high school students. It is hoped that the atmosphere of attaching importance to career planning and the attention of all walks of life will be created so as to cultivate the socialist successors who have the consciousness of self-exploration, the ability of lifelong learning and the ability of self-planning.
