【摘要】：20世紀(jì)70年代起,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)教師的教學(xué)藝術(shù)逐漸關(guān)注。其中,語(yǔ)文教學(xué)藝術(shù)的研究也伴隨著語(yǔ)文教師的成長(zhǎng)而興起。但教學(xué)藝術(shù)的形成并不是一蹴而就的,需要逐漸積累而形成。它需要教師融入個(gè)人風(fēng)格,體現(xiàn)出教師內(nèi)在修養(yǎng)與外在氣質(zhì),不斷關(guān)注學(xué)生特點(diǎn)、課堂氛圍等客觀條件,在實(shí)踐中不斷探索、思考和實(shí)踐。語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)藝術(shù)是語(yǔ)文教師嫻熟地運(yùn)用綜合的教學(xué)技能技巧而進(jìn)行的富有審美價(jià)值的創(chuàng)造性教學(xué)活動(dòng)。它表現(xiàn)為語(yǔ)文教師在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中根據(jù)教學(xué)目的、針對(duì)學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)和教材實(shí)際,靈活地、創(chuàng)造地運(yùn)用一切教學(xué)手段,營(yíng)造充滿歡悅和意趣氛圍,使學(xué)生思維活動(dòng)達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)的教學(xué)境界,師生從中得到心靈的交融,形神的契合、美感的陶冶和藝術(shù)的享受,從而更好地提高教學(xué)效率。遼寧省實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)的趙志彥老師是一位擁有自己獨(dú)特教學(xué)藝術(shù)的語(yǔ)文教師,她語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)藝術(shù)的主要內(nèi)容包括:注重課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),注重學(xué)生積極思維的過(guò)程,熏陶引導(dǎo)、以情感人。趙志彥老師語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)藝術(shù)形成的因素是愛的奉獻(xiàn),博采眾長(zhǎng)、不斷提升語(yǔ)文能力,不斷進(jìn)行反思。趙志彥語(yǔ)文課堂教學(xué)藝術(shù)對(duì)當(dāng)下閱讀教學(xué)、作文教學(xué)、師生關(guān)系等方面給語(yǔ)文教育帶來(lái)諸多啟示。
[Abstract]:Since 1970's, the teaching art of teachers has been paid more and more attention in our country. Among them, the study of Chinese teaching art also rises with the growth of Chinese teachers. However, the formation of teaching art is not accomplished overnight, and needs to be gradually accumulated and formed. It needs teachers to integrate personal style, reflect teachers' inner accomplishment and external temperament, pay more attention to students' characteristics, classroom atmosphere and other objective conditions, and explore, think and practice in practice. The art of Chinese classroom teaching is a creative teaching activity with aesthetic value, which is carried out by Chinese teachers skillfully using comprehensive teaching skills. It shows that according to the teaching purpose, according to the students' psychological characteristics and the reality of the teaching materials, the Chinese teachers make use of all teaching methods flexibly and creatively, and create an atmosphere full of joy and pleasure. In order to improve the teaching efficiency, the students' thinking activities can reach the teaching state of the best state, the teachers and students can get the blending of the soul, the combination of form and spirit, the edification of aesthetic feeling and the enjoyment of art. Teacher Zhao Zhiyan of Liaoning Experimental Middle School is a Chinese teacher with her own unique teaching art. The main contents of her Chinese classroom teaching art include paying attention to the design of classroom teaching structure and the process of students' positive thinking. Edify guidance, with feelings touching. Zhao Zhiyan teacher's Chinese classroom teaching art formation factor is the love dedication, the extensive learning ability, unceasingly enhances the Chinese ability, carries on the reflection unceasingly. The art of Zhao Zhiyan's Chinese classroom teaching brings a lot of enlightenment to Chinese education in the following aspects: reading teaching, composition teaching, teacher-student relationship and so on.
