【摘要】：籃球運(yùn)動在青少年群體開展廣泛,項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)可以全面提高學(xué)生身體素質(zhì),是學(xué)校體育必不可少的運(yùn)動項(xiàng)目。在課外活動時(shí)間,學(xué)生跳脫課堂形式的束縛,參與到內(nèi)容豐富、組織合理的籃球活動中,對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對籃球的興趣,使其成為陪伴一生的一項(xiàng)運(yùn)動愛好具有重要作用。本文以承德市高中課外籃球活動的開展情況為根本,尋找其主要因素,對學(xué)生運(yùn)動愛好與專長的培養(yǎng)具有長遠(yuǎn)意義。本文在對承德市高中課外籃球活動開展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查中采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、現(xiàn)場觀摩法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等多種研究方法,通過專家訪談確立影響因素,對承德市高中的1100名學(xué)生和11名體育教師的問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理,使用SPSS軟件對影響因素?cái)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行因子分析,確定主要影響因素。得到如下結(jié)論:1、承德生市高中生課外籃球活動的參與形式主要為自由結(jié)伴參與,以這種形式參與的學(xué)生側(cè)重籃球運(yùn)動的健身性和娛樂性,選擇有組織性參與的學(xué)生較少,他們希望通過教師的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)提升籃球知識與技能,這種方式更有助于籃球愛好與專長的養(yǎng)成。2、承德市高中男、女生在選擇參與課外籃球活動的方式上存在明顯差異,承德市高中女生參與課外籃球活動的方式主要為投籃、運(yùn)球等簡單的技術(shù)練習(xí),不利于體會籃球更多的運(yùn)動價(jià)值與意義,是導(dǎo)致女生參與率較低的原因之一。3、承德市高中生參與課外籃球活動的強(qiáng)度偏小,主要與參與方式的選擇和每次的參與時(shí)間受限有關(guān)。4、承德市高中生對于參與課外籃球運(yùn)動的場地主要為校內(nèi)、外的免費(fèi)場地,承德市的收費(fèi)場地雖然設(shè)施條件更好,但收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)過高,普通學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)不起。5、承德市高中對課外籃球活動的組織管理工作存在較多問題,活動計(jì)劃與制度建立不完善,導(dǎo)致全校性活動開展頻率較低,且形式、內(nèi)容單一,對班級性活動沒有進(jìn)行積極干預(yù);場地設(shè)施存在安全隱患,實(shí)際使用情況緊張。參與課余籃球訓(xùn)練的男、女生比例不均,訓(xùn)練、競賽經(jīng)費(fèi)緊張。6、課外籃球俱樂部在承德市高中處于萌芽階段,只有三所學(xué)校開設(shè),且學(xué)生參與率較低。7、影響承德市高中課外籃球活動開展的主要因素依次為管理實(shí)施因子、外在條件因子、教學(xué)因子、天氣因子、體育態(tài)度因子、興趣因子。根據(jù)影響承德市高中課外籃球活動開展的主要因素,提出以下建議:1、豐富學(xué)校課外籃球活動的組織形式,根據(jù)學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)及運(yùn)動能力劃分組別,豐富籃球活動內(nèi)容,以培養(yǎng)籃球運(yùn)動興趣為目的,側(cè)重調(diào)動學(xué)生參與熱情,提高參與率。2、增加資金投入,盡可能改善場地使用不足、存在安全隱患的問題,降低學(xué)生在運(yùn)動中受傷的幾率。根據(jù)承德地區(qū)的氣候條件,針對雨、雪天氣對室外籃球加蓋風(fēng)雨頂棚,降低因天氣原因?qū)φn外籃球活動開展的影響。3、籃球項(xiàng)目教學(xué)過程中注重理論教學(xué),豐富理論教學(xué)手段,以精彩的籃球賽事視頻為例講解籃球規(guī)則,并重視運(yùn)動安全知識教育。4、加強(qiáng)學(xué)校教師的體育觀念,糾正對那些對學(xué)校體育不夠重視、存在偏見的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師的觀念,尤其是像籃球這種具有身體接觸的對抗性運(yùn)動項(xiàng)目,不能僅僅因?yàn)榇嬖谑軅娘L(fēng)險(xiǎn)就否定籃球運(yùn)動給學(xué)生帶來的價(jià)值。走出校門前,老師是除了家長以外對學(xué)生影響最大的人,如果每一位學(xué)校教師都能熱愛體育運(yùn)動,必然會強(qiáng)有力地推進(jìn)學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Basketball sport is widely carried out in the youth group. The characteristics of the project can improve the physical quality of the students in an all-round way. It is an indispensable sport in school sports. In the extracurricular activities, the students jump off the bound of the class form, participate in the rich content and organize the reasonable basketball activities, in order to cultivate the students' interest in basketball and make them company. A lifelong hobby of sports plays an important role. This article is based on the development of the extracurricular basketball activities in Chengde high school, looking for the main factors, and has a long-term significance for the training of students' Sports Hobbies and specialties. In this paper, the literature method is adopted in the investigation of the present situation of the extracurricular basketball activities in high school in Chengde. Method, interview method, on-site observation method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through expert interviews to establish the influencing factors, the questionnaire data of 1100 students and 11 physical education teachers in Chengde high school, using SPSS software to analyze the factors of influencing factors and determine the main influencing factors. Chengde high school students for extracurricular basketball sports are mainly in the school, outside the free site, Chengde City toll field, although the facilities are better, but the charge standard is too high, ordinary Students can not afford.5. There are many problems in the organization and management of extracurricular basketball activities in Chengde high school. The main factors affecting the extracurricular basketball activities in Chengde high school are the management implementation factor, external condition factor, teaching Factor, weather factor, sports attitude factor, interest factor. According to the climate conditions in Chengde, the rain, the snow weather and the outdoor basketball are added to the roof of the wind and rain, and the extracurricular basketball activities are reduced for the reason of the weather.
